Went to this store hoping that they would be able to repair my diagnostic scanner. I had been to several different repair shops and they all said they could or would not be able to repair it. However this shop was able to repair my scanner and had it ready to pick up in 2 hours. Very friendly, polite and straightforward in letting you know what is going on. The screen of my brand new pixel 5a 5G cracked. I am generally careful with my phones and this is the first time the screen cracked in my life. Google was not able to help and when I called around, it looked quite bleak for a while but then I talked to Jim. Jim is extremely professional. He managed to recover data for two of our damaged phones. I contacted Jim at Cellular Repair Center on Wednesday morning re: the shattered back glass on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G phone. He wasn't the first repair shop I contacted, nor did he offer the lowest quote. I first went to Jim back in 2012 to fix a mistake from another iPhone repair shop in SF. He was able to correctly solder on the battery connector back onto the board (the SF shop put a piece of tape to keep the connector from moving).

Having had a great experience with Jim fixing a earlier problem on a cell I in the past, I checked in with him about resolving an issue I had with a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. We agreed on a price & the short version of the story is that the Surface would not turn on after the repair, despite exhausting all of the troubleshooting procedures that were tested. Found this place on yelp. Needed to fix an I phone's charging port because the phone wouldn't charge anymore. The pricing is reasonable, the owner is extremely nice and gives you an estimate of how long it will take to fix it. Was able to be done within an few hours! Check in to yelp for 10% discount. Very smooth experience. My phone was completely smashed. There were black spots and colored lines all over the screen. The phone was completely unusable and Ithought I had to buy a new phone. I was thoroughly impressed by this place. First of all, the guy at the front counter was funny. He first pretended that he's never seen an iPhone before. This had me nervous until I realized that he was just messing with me. He got me good, though. Ha ha. I honestly don't know what happened to my phone. It was perfect one moment and the screen was broken the next. I think the potent potables may have had something to do with it but I really don't think so. I think Apple made these screens in such a way that when they put out an iOS update, they can cause the screen to break. Well, when I was workign out at the gym yesterday, I accidentally dropped a weight on my phone. This is a cool little shop. They have this funny little black box on the counter but that's not why I came here. I came here because my phone screen was broken and I needed to get it fixed ASAP.
