These are very courteous trustworthy people. Twice i went there and they fixed my issues. I wanted them to charge me but the said that my phone issues are pretty minor and dont come under a repair. This review is long over due. Each time I have been to this shop the employees are nothing but helpful and friendly. My most recent trip was for my charging port which was loose and I wasn't able to charge my phone. Took it to these two gentlemen and they cleaned out my charge port and didn't even charge me.
It took only 2 minutes and my phone was charging up normally and working 100% fine again. I will always be returning here to these guys if I have any other problems with my iPhone. Thanks!

Sabien truly is a true professional! I came in from Palo Alto once arrived I was disappointed that I was told that no more XR screens were available. I had to wait til Thursday. Observing my dismay, he called someone to bring one in. I was thrilled as I had come from Palo Alto to get cracked screen replaced at a reasonable price as. Am in hardship with no employment at this time.
He proceeded to let me know my phone would be ready in 10 min with new screen at $149.00
Upon opening phone he showed me I had water in my phone

My phone got water damage and screen did not work. I replaced my screen with Generic OLED (paid $199) and it's completely broken only after use of 5 months. I recommend you to just go for Genuine OLED. If I knew it would last only 5 months, I would save my $199 for my new iPhone.

+ it actually didn't function well after 2 months and 2weeks. The screen started to have some ghost touches which was so annoying and screen came off after one single drop with a thick protection phone case. I cracked my screen walking into work so I decided to yelp screen replacements. This was one of the first ones I clicked on, I was able to make same day appointment. They offer original screen and generic screen. I went for the original screen and was done in less than an 1hr. My phone looks brand new! Thank you!!

Excellent repair of my iPhone 8 when then ear speaker would not work. I could barely hear anything and they checked my phone and diagnosed that I needed a new speaker. Though they explained there were several phones in for repair in front of me but I had my phone back in perfect working order in less than 2 hours. I had Cupertino Phone Repair replace a battery in another phone years ago and had similar service. Great service, great price and friendly staff.

Very conscientious about COVID safety also a they have a glass wall up over the desk, doors were open so I didn’t have to touch handles, and they not only wear N95 masks, but also sell them! Will refer all my friends and family for sure.
