I cannot comment on the quality of work, but I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from one of the estimators on the Jaco team. The estimator was a no-show for our scheduled appointment and did not respond to his phone when I called. I followed up my phone call with a text. He replied over an hour later with a text that he came to the door and nobody answered. I tried to verify that he had the correct address, because myself, the building tenant, and his dog (who goes CRAZY when anyone gets anywhere near the door) had been waiting by the entry way 10 minutes prior to the appointment
