Everyone with this organization that i dealt with was great. They made sure the job was done right. It was not an easy job, they paid attention to the details and came back a couple of times to address very small issues. I would highly recommend Quality Waterproofing. Billy and Logan came by to do a foundation repair for us today and the experience was extremely pleasant. From start to finish these gentleman were very professional. They were on time. They were knowledgeable. They took the time to walk the rest of the basement and answered all of my questions without making me feel silly for not knowing the answers. Quality Waterproofing have been responsive and professional from the beginning of the project. I was able to schedule an estimate quickly, Andrew discussed options with me and offered suggestions on things I can do to help stop water getting in the basement. I had other work that needed to be completed first, the office staff were flexible in scheduling my work. The work crew were polite and worked efficiently on a very hot day!

From the whole bid process, to the actual work done, Quality had been nothing but phenomenal. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and very respectful about the fact that I said I wanted to look at some other bids before I made my choice.
