Kazdon refuses to give me end year reports that I requested and paid for.
In 7/2021 Holly Acosta, owner, agreed and apologized for how my case was handled when I quit using them. She promised to get those to me by 7/26/21. It did not happen. Kazdon likes to say they provided us service past the scope of their responsibility however, they never presented me a timeline of when my portal would be closed, despite me asking repeatedly.

We recently switched to Kazdon for payroll services. Kazdon’s team discovered that our employee benefits deductions were not being withheld correctly for pre-tax and post-tax. I assumed that the information our insurance broker had given us after open enrollment was correct. I didn’t know what I didn’t know and was pleased to find out the payroll tax savings of over $3,000 by taking Kazdon’s payroll advice on our benefits. I was referred to Kazdon a few years ago because we were having HR issues. I’m thankful we made the move to Kazdon. Our account manager made the transition seamless – we were with a national payroll company for years and never had a designated account manager and were never offered paperless payroll services. Kazdon is absolutely the best! I use their payroll service for my small business. I always get quick responses to my questions and they do a great job of keeping track of all the compliance stuff with the various tax authorities.
