I paid $55. They didn't even try to wipe off a lot of obvious dirty spots left on my car. I had to wipe my car down afterwards. Also, they didn't let me know there was an extra $10 charge for an interior type of shine. I let it go and didn't say anything, but they left it smelling like dirty towel. The towels they used must've been dirty because it left my car smelling bad rather than fresh and clean. Very disappointed, given this place too many chances.

Brought my car in for gas and car wash. The guys were busy so I pumped my own gas. The guy told me to just take the receipt to the cashier for the discount on Gas. All good so far right. Now the cashier tells me I can't get the discount unless it's bought together. I explained that her crew was busy so I pumped it myself and paid at the pump as it shows on receipt I gave her. Only gave the discount when I asked to speak to manager. This is how one person can ruin the whole experience. Oh course still gave a decent tip. No reason the guys doing the work to suffer.

The line wasn't bad. Are usually don't have any complaints from this car wash. When my car was ready I tipped the guy grabbed my keys jumped in and went off to run my errands,. Didn't think twice to inspect the cleanliness on the inside of the car because I just assume they wipe everything down?!? that's the reason I go to a full service car wash.. when I made my first stop I opened the backseat door and all seats are dirty doesn't look like a clock for any type of cleaner was used. I am very disappointed and it is too late to go back to the car wash today..

I gave a 3 star for effort. It was my first time coming there. My car dripped home and spotted my doors. My right mirror was never dried at all. By the time I got home it spotted. I guess I'll continue to do my own car. I'm getting to old and thought I'll get it washed. Tipped him well. I'm not one to check my car and say you missed a spot.

The service is absolutely horrible here, every time I request them to blow air cause they do a horrific job at drying the customers cars, they still don't listen... I spend another 20 mins of my time when I get home finishing what they are incompetent of doing, I have to pull out my compressor and blow out all the water, mind you I pay for the $35 dollar for spry wax, and wash.. never seen such lazy people.. two thumbs down and the guy never even cleaned the rear windows inside.. completely ripped me off, please please people save your hard earned money and don't give this place your

I can't even believe I'm wasting my time submitting a review on the joke of a car wash. I called at 4:40 PM asking what time they take their last car in an effort to be as respectful to the workers as possible, upon my arrival they have a sign displaying that all three stations are closed however one of the workers waved me through. Once I get to the vacuum another worker told me sorry we're closed and begins unplugging the equipment, return to the manager who instructs him to tell me they're closed. I called the girl back who originally answered my call, she was apologetic

I've been coming to this car wash for over 10 years. The new owner is not accepting coupons unless they are printed out. Also the gas price is a scam. It says $.20 off a gallon if you buy a car wash. When I went to pay they said I couldn't use my car wash coupon and have the car wash gas price. This is false advertising. I would have gotten gas someplace else if I had known I would be paying .20 more a gallon. I have an SUV that I filled up, so it really cost me a lot more then I thought.

I'm not going to get into the whole story so I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. I will say however this has never happened and I'll still be going back I'm just going to be checking everything before I leave from now on. Keep in mind I paid for the second highest one they had AND they didn't even give me the air freshener which I looked for today. And that's standard

I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of care and detail today. I've never been in and out of a car wash that fast. I was only there 20 minutes and it definitely shows. They barely vacuumed my truck, the guy spent maybe 10 minutes detailing the inside and outside, and I was finished before anyone else sitting and waiting even though they all were there well before me. Definitely won't be going back. Not worth the money

My wife and I do our best to support local businesses and we decided to come to this local car wash despite the 2 and 1/2 star rating. We should have known better. We took it upon ourselves to empty the trash in our car prior to having it washed so that the attendant could clean it without anything in the way. We had just come from the gym so my protein shake was in the cup holder. It was the only item left in the car.
After they signaled that it was ready, we noticed that the cup was emptied and there were now wet splotches on the seats where they attempted to barely clean up and drop of my shake

I have given several chances but each time they let me down. Today wash a hand polish and watching the employee apply the polish was painful. Not evenly applied not elbow grease and very disappointing along with dirty windows and floor mats that did not get touched. Unfortunately the focus is on speed not quality but hopefully someone changes that.

I asked for them to clean the cup holders he said they did. I asked again if they could go over it they told me thats extra work and I should of paid for detail work if i was going to be so picky. Expecting your car to be clean after a car wash is to much of an expectation for them. Don't waste your money here.

They are courteous friendly and very popular on a Sunny Friday morning. For all the cars it went faster than I anticipated. Got the exterior package.
Inside is decorated old school country. There is a Barber and a jeweler inside! Brought 3 broken necklaces to have fixed. They will be ready next day. Car looks awesome! 4 because they didn’t put my floor mats back right. Highly recommend. Feel good to have it clean again

I paid 60 bucks. They didn't vacuum my truck very good. Total half a**. Didn't wrap the inside, still dusty. Got the hand wax still white prewax all over my black truck. The whole back drives side window never wiped still dirty. So pissed. That just some of the pictures. The dash is still dusty. the doors weren't wiped. I'm never going back. I'll go back to the one of foothill in La verna/pomona

Really really happy with this place and how fast they get it done. I found if you tip the guys minimum $5 just before they start to dry, it goes along way. Been going here a few years and I'm happy. Had a few of my company trucks and vehicles detailed here as well. The waiting area isn't bad.

Standard issue car wash. Nothing special. Just like any other wash.
However, the inside is quirky!!!! You can get a hair cut, jewelry, and a massage all while you get your car wash!!
A little more pricey than most but it's definitely a must see!!
WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN YOUR CAR!!!
Also, they don't -really- clean the interiors so don't be surprised if it's sticky, dusty, and badly vacuumed
