Los Osos Carwash

Came in to get a wash over the weekend I would give it an average rating nothing special a bit pricey.

Good, quick. Didn't like them trying to tell me that if I pay 5 dollars for them to try get scratches off that probably occurred from one of the wipers during the wash. Got home and they came right off.

So, where do I begin? I paid for a 40 dollar wash a year ago. There were spots they missed. The worker told me they would do a better job if I paid for the 160 dollar premium wax and wash. So, I did that. Then, I noticed their car wash machine placed circular scuffs on my wheels that have had 0 damage done to them until now by these people. I haven't had time to speak to management about this problem. There were spots they missed near the foot pedals and smeared my back windows. If this is what they offer for 160 dollars. I'll pay for a mobile hand wash next time. Absolutely unacceptable.

C+ vacuum effort. C interior wipedown. F interior glass. For the price paid this was a severely lacking carwash. Long wait time would lead me to expect that it would be thorough. It was not. Any discount carwash would have given me equal results.

I always get a great car wash at Los Osos! I have been going here several years, and it's a bit of distance from Southridge, but worth the drive. Great customer service and I have not been dissatisfied yet.

My first and last time here. So disappointing to pay $30 for such a bad job. I could have vacuumed better myself at home. The mats were dirty and so were all the door jams. I won't be back.

Worst car wash i have ever got, didn't wash my car like I had hoped, rims were dirty, they didn't take trash out of center console. To pay 28 plus tip nope won't go back ever again.

I never take my vehicle to a car wash, usually I just do it myself but my car happened to be dirtier than normal. I paid for the platinum wash. The only things that looked semi decent were my windows. Needless to say I brought it home and scrubbed various areas and needed to vacuum again. They did a very poor job, there was still dirt and pet hair on inside interior (which I know they can't possibly get all pet hair but at least make an effort). It was just a waste of my time and money. Would not recommend nor will I be going back ever.

The car wash staff was very nice but the cashier - not so much. My car was class clean and looked great, but they forgot to vacuum the very back of my SUV. I checked out my car before leaving and everything looked so good, I didn't think it was necessary to check the back. Next time, I will know and mention it before I leave.
I did appreciate that it was parked in the shade when it was finished so it wouldn't be unbearably hot to get in.

Needed a wash and wipe down on my interior desperately. Very nice employees, super clean and tidy place! These guys did an amazing job on my car. Definitely a happy customer
