I'm so happy this place is open again! I have never had a bad experience and it's convenient when i don't bring my lunch/breakfast and work is piling up to get in my car and wait on a line for probably, junk food. Delivery is quick and the gentlemen is super nice. Food is always fresh! Growing up in New York, this is a deli i really appreciate. Thank you!

I work down the street from this place and I am soooooo glad I found it! Very delicious and quick, even eating in is a wonderful change from eating at any of the other restaurants in the area that tend to be pricey just because it's Sawgrass !!! AND THEY ALSO CATER FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH FOR 10+ PEOPLE. VERY NICE PRESENTATION AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY. I used to work in the building next to them in the early 2000's. Food was excellent and customer service great. I eventually moved out of the area and returned in 2016. I have to say WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT". Clearly they are different owners. The lady who answers the phone with the raspy smoker's voice is rude, puts you on hold practically without even acknowledging your call, sometimes hangs up and the food quality has gone wayyyyy down. Not sure who the new person is who just took my order this morning, But when the other lady answered there never was an issue. The new person has no customer service whatsoever. I was clear on my order for everything. Ordered at 9:07 now at 9:45 the kitchen is calling to "verify my order and tell me they are now preparing my food" wow.. I've never had anything bad from Greenhouse. Not to say I haven't ordered things that weren't my favorite in the end, but it wasn't because the food wasn't good or prepared right; just me being picky about the way I like certain foods.
I love all their soups, they are hearty and very tasty. The salads are more than I can eat in one sitting, and the chicken on them is delicious and flavorful.

I work in the building across the street from this place. We have ordered from them several times and more times than not the order is either wrong, or they forgot something. I ordered a BLT once and it was 2 pieces of precooked bacon (which we all know if ridiculously paper thin) and one sorry piece of lettuce and tomato. A couple months ago My area VP was in town and I called to order a 2 Cuban toasts and 3 Cuban espressos....it literally took an hour and a half and she kept asking me where her breakfast was....we are the building right across the street! I had fallen in love with the chicken teriyaki salad and really favorwd the chef salad. Ive had them many times and they were fresh and delicious. Well......I ordered the teriyaki chicken salad today and I was very disappointed. #1 it looked thrown together, it's normally picture perfect. #2 I couldnt get past the smell and taste of the chicken; normally it's picture perfect and it has teriyaki flavor and delicious. I'm updating my review from a 2 to a 3. This morning I needed something while at work and Greenhouse will deliver breakfast. Yay! I have had concerns with delivery in the past but this time it was much better. My sandwich, although light on bacon, was prepared as expected, hot and delivered quickly.
This is a convenient delivery for the Sawgrass Office Complex but I think I do better with ordering in cafe or catering.

Meh... meh... meh.. This is a review for my delivery order today. Ordered breakfast from Greenhouse Deli this morning. Simple breakfast, eggs over easy, bacon and dry rye toast. After we made the order, they called back to confirm how I wanted my eggs. GREAT RIGHT? NO... WRONG. They got my eggs right and the bacon was decent, but my toast had I think margarine on it. Not quite sure what it was, but it was not dry and I was not happy. THUMBS DOWN Greenhouse Deli. Wish I could get my tip back.

Although the food is good. I will be taking my business there anymore. I have order lunch via delivery 3 times within the last 4 months and after everytime I have ordered my debt card has been comprimised. Exactly, after I order from this place, like clockwork, my card has to be cancelled. My bank is going to start an investigation. I'm done!!

When we order something we expect what we order. When we call to complain they do not do anything. No form of customer service. They would rather you cancel or return your order rather than replace it. What are you really going to do with returned food? Give it to someone else? Gross! They really need to up their game again because so far they are doing really bad. I work for a big company that has over 100 employees that order from there. We can take our business else where if they do not improve.

Not happy at all with this place. The food that I have ordered from here has been great. The isue has been out of the 7 times I have ordered from this place within the year, my Credit Card is compromised.
The last time I purposely didn't use my Debit Card anywhere else besides here and low and behold...My card was ripped off and being used to pump gas in IL.

I have ordered from this place for years. I've been working in this area for the last 5 years. Some guy named Joe used to own it. He was great. It's under new ownership now and I honestly debate whether I want to order from here anymore. Their prices went up. They're not consistent. I order the same thing. Sometimes it's $8 sometimes its $9, if I need it delivered it becomes $10. The same order! They are literally around the corner from my office. I like the new owners and the added stiff to the menu but the customer service is at an all time low! I continue to be disappointed with the girls answering the phone. I used to order every Thursday for Sante fe chicken plate and time after time my order would be messed up. Now the order is right and the attitudes are unbearable

I feel that I should update the review since it has been awhile and greenhouse has had new owners for some time now.
The new owners are very friendly. They really haven't changed the menu or the recipes from when it was owned by Joe. Pricing has also stayed the same. They have added additional things like Perrier (THANK YOU!) and grab and go brownies and cookies. They have added a few new salads, but not much more.
Food is still pretty good. I typically go in the morning for a bagel. The place gets a little crazy with Togo and delivery orders.

This place is horrible. They always get the orders wrong, they charge each person a delivery fee even when all the orders (4+) are going to the exact same place, they over charge, they take forever to deliver, and the manager and his wife are super rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately we kept ordering because of the convenience that they are close to our offices but this will be the last time as we refuse to receive something completely different from what we ordered and full of strange objects/hairs. I just ordered lunch for myself and a few coworkers and the girl that answered was very sweet and super helpful. my lunch arrived shortly after and was AMAZING!! Very fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again. My experience with Jimmy John's has been so awful I'll risk the chance of the bad reviews that were posted for the great sandwich I had.
