I ordered three everything Bagels with Bacon egg and cheese to go. When we went to eat them there was only one slice of bacon on each sandwich. The bagels were huge with a generous amount of egg and cheese and only one slice of bacon. Because there was so much of everything else you couldn't taste the bacon. Who does not like plenty of bacon on anything?? I can't believe how cheap they are for the prices they charge Very disappointed will not return.

If you go here, bring a bell, whistle, or fog horn. I was at the counter, muffin in hand, ready to order half a dozen bagels. I was waiting for a full five minutes and not one of the 5+ staff working offered to take my order. They didn’t even make eye contact. I must’ve been invisible. So, I left, never to return. It was laughable. I went to Brooklyn Water Bagel instead, where I received prompt, friendly, and courteous service.

I ordered catering for my birthday, confirmed that same day. The delivery was supposed to be around 2 pm. When they hadn’t arrived nor called nor answered the phone when I called like 20 times I postponed my guests. I couldn’t pick up my son from school on time waiting for the delivery. I asked my husband to get something else when At 4:40 I finally got a call from an employee who said if I still want it. She commented that she herself was unaware of this order.

Called in an order, which normally goes very well. There was a small mistake, we asked for an onion bagel and instead got a plain bagel with onions on the sandwich which was ok, just not what was ordered. This is the first mistake they've made in my many, many visits for pick up orders. Will still keep coming back though!

If I could write this place zero stars I absolutely would. Upon arrival the first time that I stepped foot into this establishment I was very rudely told that they did not have what I wanted (bagels) and I needed to leave that was fine I assumed it was just the people working that day and decided to come back at a earlier time because maybe they would have some of the things that I wanted. Used to order every week but attention to detail is gone. Something missing every week. One week it’s the grits. Another it’s the bagel. Time to update my previous five star review from 2016 & happy to share my new review which of course will remain at five glorious stars.
I stopped in to pick up a little bit of some of my favorites, most importantly the salmon salad. All their appetizing is fantastic but their salmon salad brings back memories of sharing this with my dad on his trips down here from Long Island. Funny how certain foods can stir up so many comforting memories.
It was the typical Sunday morning madhouse, because let's just say they have the best appetizing around. I was happy to see Matt (mgr) after all

If you are looking for a restaurant with good food and good service, you won't find it here. I waited this morning for 15 minutes. The black counter worker totally ignored me. The owner was too busy slicing cucumbers while talking to his daughter and wife about the coat they were going to buy the kid. I strongly recommend that you find a different place to take out or eat-in. There's a Dunkin Donuts in the same plaza. There's a Burger King that offers superior service than Bagel Works. The owner looked up for a quick three seconds, saw me standing there, and he too ignored

This was my 2nd bad experience in my last 2 visits. I've been coming to BagelWorks for over 30 years, and usually pretty good all over experience, however, last week I ordered eggs and when I got them, they looked as if they were cooked on a dirty grill (they were dark colored - brownish) and not tasty. Then, this past Friday, we went for breakfast, and the place was filthy with flies....they need to do something about that, and my hot pastrami was "luke-warm" pastrami.....slipping.

So there a many choices for a deli in the area. This is the one my mom likes. This one is okay good. The sliced turkey sandwich was the best deli turkey. Thick cut, not salty or process tasting. And whoever raves about deli turkey, it was that good. The matzoh ball was light but lacked a bit of seasoning but the soup tasted like Lipton's The chicken salad was fresh and meaty, not heavy on the Mayo. Service was super friendly.

Best Bagel in Boca and we have tried them all! And besides the bagels their food is excellent. We usually have breakfast Omelets, Bacon, lox and bagels , you name it we have ordered it. The food always comes out of the kitchen exactly as you ordered it, perfect!
Service is great and the servers are always happy to serve you. Always with a smile. They also all help each other and you don't find that at many places.
My only wish is that I could order my take home bagels at the table and not have to wait in line to do that before or after we eat. We never leave without bagels.

Bagelworks is my favorite bagel place in America (and I have had quite a few bagels in my 30 years). Everytime we come down to Boca it's a must have. This time, due to covid I ordered a dozen bagels and two schmears to go (via their website). I believe they have curbside but I ran in and they were very prompt and quickly got me my order.
They have bar none the best tuna and egg salad i have ever had. Their bagels are more on the 'doughy' side so I get them double toasted. My mom likes that you can get a scooped out bagel to save calories. I'm not at that point yet but I guess

There are regular places that in the past 7 months, I have stopped going to because of COVID hysteria. Bagelworks was the first place in mind when we finally ALMOST broke down and we were ready to dine-in. Unknown until today, Bagelworks had curbside pickup and we ending up eating at home in delight. My friend got nova, capers, tomato and onions on a bagel and I got the Ruben sandwich on rye bread. We placed our order over the phone and it was delivered to our car in the curbside pickup spot. They have adapted to the times and their quality has always been on-point.

Listen, I don't think much of bagels outside of New York, and I'm not crazy in love with the speed of service, or the general atmosphere they create... but I have to imagine that these bagels are some of the best the area has to offer- As a New Yorker entering into a bagel establishment in Florida, you can imagine my dismay and doubt;

Bagelworks is quite an excellent restaurant! However, there were a couple of flies buzzing around because the back door was left open. It probably influenced me to give it 4 stars instead of 5. Even so, the meal was very enjoyable.
The Matzo Ball Soup was very tasty. My Corned Beef Hash, Scrambled Eggs and Home Fries were scrumptious. It was all under-salted which probably is a good policy because so many people are on a low sodium diet and the rest of us can add spices to our hearts content. The Onion Bagel was wonderful.
