I had a nail in my tire on December 23, 2021. I went to Grismer Tire, and although they graciously filled my tire with air, they could not help me that day. The representative suggested I buy fix a flat as a solution, and that I could purchase the item at a nearby auto store. Instead, I googled searched the nearest tire store and found Carroll-Wuertz across the street.
Carroll-Wuertz was able to help me with a minimal wait. Their staff was kind, attentive and professional. And I was able to enjoy my wait conversing with Morgan (Morg) a life long Carroll-Wuertz client! I will continue to be a patron

Had an appointment for an alignment but that didn't get done due to them saying there was other things that needed work which is understanding but they literally did nothing to my car and charged me $60 to tell me they couldn't do anything to my car they didn't even have it in side on the lift for 4 minutes and charge me $60 that's crazy I wouldn't recommend anybody to them

In response to your comments: I own a 2011 Honda Odessey. I physically had to remove the middle row mat to get to the spare tire because there is a button to lock the mat I n. I remember doing it because we couldn’t get to the spare tire without it. Your faithful patron verified that he did indeed put the mat back in the car. FYI: my car is parked on the street at my house as is his. We didn’t put the mat “in the house”, I didn’t get a “car wash” where the mats were removed as Andy assumed and I DIDN’T leave it in the middle of the road. I am a new business owner is business involved with driving. When taking a vehicle from a business I used to work for just to get an oil change they took two and a half hours. At $95 an hour you know why they took two and a half hours. As someone who just opened their own business I would never ever take any vehicle to this lazy too talkative bunch of people.
The company I worked for was Van Martin. And I personally sat 2 and a half hours. Sorry $92 an hour

This place will rob you do cheap work make up repairs and plan to beat you out of every dime you got please don't let them work on your vehicle you might end up dying from they repairs these costly repairs were never right I was best out of every dime I had to pay my car could not change lanes on a city street without loosing control the dealer also took advantage of me none of what they fixed was wrong with my car it was something way more serious that was never diagnosed

My car carrier had a total tire blow-out on the brutally cold night of December 14, 2016 in New Paris, Ohio. Repairman Dennis was dispatched and worked non-stop in 10 degree temps, in a heavy wind, to get the replacement tire on the rim and me back on the road.
His determination in getting a very stubborn tire on that rim in very difficult weather circumstances earned my respect.
Thank you Dennis for sending me back out to complete my cross-country trip with your expert repair job.

I went into the Carroll Wuertz store needing a Bridgestone tire. The manager Andy ordered the tire and called me three times during the day. He told me the wheel was bent (I knew) and had found a replacement for half the cost of a new one.
I have found a new downtown tire/service store. The emphasis is on service. I was more than pleased with this store.
