Tried to charge me $600 for work that another place did for $250. Told me that it was because the part was "hard to acquire" given that it was a "Japanese car" - I drive a Honda Civic, if you have trouble finding parts for a Honda Civic, then I don't know what to tell you.
Pretty sure they price-gouged me on a number of other things, this was when I finally started looking up prices. Two stars because my car runs great; if you're willing to pay the price, there is nothing wrong with their work.

Tuffy wanted me to pay $1,600 to fix the compressor for my AC and that's after taking it there recently two times prior to fix the same issue... Bellbrook fixed my AC, my muffler, and my windshield wipers for less than $1,200! They were really nice about everything, upfront about everything, and it was done reeeally fast.

After struggling with a slow leak in one tire for over 2 months, the pressure finally dropped low enough to warrant servicing. I called Mike at Bellbrook Automotive and I had my car diagnosed and repaired within an hour of dropping it off. Mike and his team made sure we found the root cause of the leak before ordering any parts or conducting any repairs. This was the fastest, most efficient auto shop experience I have ever had. The team was extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well.

I took my car here the first time because of location, I took my car here the second time because they earned my trust the first time. They fix what needs to be fixed and tell you when it doesn't. Their prices are fair. I sent my niece there with her car as well and she was very happy with the service she received and price. I will continue to recommend them and have them as my automotive doc.
