Everyone at KO Automotive is friendly, knowledgeable and gives good explanations and advice. Their prices seem reasonable and they don't try to sell unnecessary services, but they do keep you up to date on what needs to be done to keep your car in good running order. Every time I bring one of our vehicles into this AMAZING business I feel like I?m bringing it to a family member!

Kettering Oakwood Automotive really cares about the people who need their help. Last night, I hit a raccoon, and it messed up the plastic on the front end of my car as well as brought down the protective plastic underneath my car to where it was scraping the ground when I drove. This morning I called another mechanic that I usually take my car to, and they did not have the time for me nor a care of my time. They said that they would call me back, and they never did. I called again in the afternoon, and they had never even put me on the schedule or remembered that I had called.

I was considering a purchase of a used car from a private party seller, so I made an appointment to bring the car into the shop for an evaluation. They squeezed me in the same day, and Terry treated me like I was a long-time loyal customer... even gave me a loaner car to go get a cup of coffee while I waited! Terry and one of the technicians went over in great detail everything that they could see that may need attention on the car should I go through with the purchase, and provided a written list of those items. Overall a wonderful experience at a great price. If I lived closer, there is no question

I chose them because of all the great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. Open 7:30 AM on the dot on a Monday morning. Spent time on the phone with me and with my vehicle trying to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be just a drained battery. They jumped it, drove it around to make sure there weren't any other problems, and didn't charge me a dime, and they didn't treat me like an idiot (even though I felt like one.) Great customer service. Punctual. True to their word. Generous. If I were local, this would definitely be my go-to auto repair shop. Thanks, guys!

They lied to me a lot! I went because my left rear tire had a slow leak . But I told them Maybe it’s right rear tire, let them check all. And they just said the right rear tire had a nail on it. But there was nothing problem in my right one! And they let me Chang my right rear brake pad???? For 30000miles ? I haven’t change my front one yet ,they just let change the back one! Because I know nothing about car, so I just changed all. Don’t let them lie to you!!! go somewhere else.and I used my bf name register in your shop ,Name is Hyojun ！

Highly recommend this place! They will treat you right. Long story short I was having issues starting my car. When I first took my car there it was working fine of course, so they kept it another day and then the next day they called and told me it was just my key fob. When I got there, they showed me exactly what to get offline and it might only be a $15 dollar fix. Quick, easy, and saved me a lot of money! I will definitely be taking my car here in the future!

I needed to get my rear wheel bearings done & Mr Terry was able to help me with that. He kept me updated on what was going on & made sure my car wasn’t touched before he went over pricing with me. I stopped in close to closing and the owner Terry Removed a nail from my back tire, plugged the hole and filled it with the appropriate air. At the time I stopped he was busy with another customer, but took the time to repair my tire at no cost. He was friendly, and courteous.
This is the second time I stopped with a problem, And he had me back on the road within 15 minutes.
I highly recommend Kettering Oakwood Automotive. I will always use his services.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. I thought I had a several hundred dollar problem with my windshield wiper mechanism and I did not expect to be able to get it fixed within the hour, or even the same day. Terry said they would do their best to try to work it in on Friday, the day I brought it in. He called me back within the hour to let me know they were able to fix it and they weren’t going to charge me. So, yes, honest, punctual, profession and more than reasonable price for the service. Thanks
