Critical: Punctuality, Quality
This was the worst taxi service I have ever used. Had booked a taxi a week in advance for myself and 4 others at 3:15am and they did not show up. Didn't made my flight and had to drive myself, costing over $100 of parking. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Definitely alternative option to Uber/Lyft when we want van and on-time service.
Rates are low.
I used only one time as I was not aware of it, I will recommend it.
4 stars because van was quite old.

My wife and I booked a 3:45am taxi from Eden Prairie to the airport. The driver passed a semi truck and pulled right back in front of him. So close the semi had to change lanes. The semi then sped up and pulled in front of our taxi. Wait.... then he slammed on the brakes hard we hit the plastic barrier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We left a voicemail and email. NO REDPONCE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ZERO STARS, but that isn't an option. If you value your life steer clear of this company.

We requested a car to arrive @415am in the morning and the driver was there and not a minute late! The driver then happily led us to the taxi that would be taking us to the Minneapolis airport. The car was clean and the driver could not have been nicer - he even carried our bags to the delta sky cab counter!
