A very convenient service, we required a larger taxi because of all our baggage (8 bags). Minnetonka Taxi were available and glad to assist us and dropping us at our front door. The driver was friendly and helpful although English was slightly limited but he was kind and more than ready to help when we needed it.

We travelled to wayzata during the holidays and were not sure of the public transport arrangements from msp airport to hotel Landing, so booked a 2-way round trip by Minnetonka taxi. Best decision. Friendly drivers - an easy meet at the airport. Chatting there and back, full of information, but they were also happy if you wanted to sit quietly. Door to door service. Large vehicle and plenty of room. There on time for the return journey. Online reservation was straightforward and you could see exactly what you were going to be charged. Would be my first choice when next travelling.

Don't EVER try this company if you want anything reliable. Will NEVER call them again! Booked a taxi service on their website 5 days in advance. Received no phone confirmation. Called a couple days in advance to confirm and they told me that I would get a call within 12 hours only. I waited with no phone call, so I called within 10 hours of needing it, and was hung up on. I tried calling back twice and hung up on again. I called back within three hours of needing it, and they took down and told me they were pretty busy that night, but would try to make something work and call me right back. I never

Reserved a taxi online for pick up at 5am and called and confirmed the day before. The taxi never showed up. I tried to phone them and it went to a busy signal all morning. I had to make other arrangements at 5am and almost missed my flight. Please don't use this this service - especially to make a pick up for the airport. Not reliable!!!!

I orderd a taxi at 4:40 am to go to the airport. I called the office to confirm 2 times and got a confirmation. I was on the street and waited till 4:50 am , called the guy , he said he was around and called me but I didn't pick up so he wished good luck and ended the conversation. I had to ask my wife to drive my friend to the airport.

Called the cab company they told me to give the driver a half hour which is never the case for a Good company. After an hour of making the call I called back with an answer that I should look for him outside that he should already be here in a black town-car. When I looked outside obviously no car at all. The gentlemen told me he would send somebody to get me with in 15 minutes. I called a different cab company that I will always use from now on.
