This company took an online reservation from me on 12/11/13 for a 7:45 AM pick up on the next day 12/12/13. At 7:45, no cab, no phone call. 8:00 no cab, no phone call and they didn't answer the dispatcher phone (it went to voice mail). I left two voice mails and never heard back from them. I ended up calling another cab company and made it to my appointment 1/2 hour late. I was furious and I'm still mad I never heard from them or the driver that was supposed to pick me up. Horrible lack of service and communication. AVOID THEM!

I wish I could recommend Taxi in Minnesota but based on false fare advertising alone, I cannot. We debated between doing a park-and-ride near the airport or getting a taxi and based on the fares the taxi company listed, we figured out that it would be cheaper to get the taxi. Wrong.
A ride to the airport from Chaska is listed on the website as ranging from $54-62. There is also an offer for a 15 percent discount if you book online, which we did. I figured we'd end up paying about $60 with tip.
