John Bird with Utah HIA has been absolutely incredible! He takes all the stress out of the insurance application process. He is very quick to reply to my emails or texts, and setting up appointments is easy. He is organized and I feel confident that he always has the answers to help me. And I'm never in the dark regarding my plan (I receive an email from John after our meetings summarizing what we discussed to make sure all the information is correct). He genuinely cares about getting me what I need medically and financially.

John’s help has been tremendous. He found a great policy for our 16 year old son that was much more affordable than insuring through a work policy. His follow through was perfect and he dialed in exactly what we needed. Didn’t know this would be so easy. Wish we would have known about him sooner.

Visited with John a few months ago to review my insurance coverage and it was very beneficial. The opportunity to meet John has been a blessing for both my wife and I. A great prospective employer gave me his information to contact about health insurance for my family and I.
