Highly Highly Recommend.
First Time Home Owner here, when we had a small leak in our roof and were freaking out on a SATURDAY NIGHT, we called Mark AFTER HOURS on his Emergency Line & He Answered! He took the time to chat with us all the options we had, what we had to do next, and who we needed to contact.

Mark was really great at helping our family navigate through choosing our health Insurence plan. He not only helped us do this according to our current situation, but made sure we made the right selections for anticipated changes Coming up with in the year. He gave VERY helpful tips. Save us over $1500 per year on my home and auto! That was upgrade to better coverage.
I took my 87 year grandma in there to see they could save her money. Ran the numbers and there just wasn't much of a saving from what she had. He Recommended for her to stay where she was, which isn't a company he services. How that for honesty? He did give some suggestion to improve her insurance coverage.
He educated on insurance know how information. Which made us better informed and better coverage.
Thank you Earn it agent-which he did 2 times now for over 4 hours

Mark was very helpful and friendly. More importantly, he is knowledgeable and helped us discover opportunities to save on health insurance. I honestly can't say enough good things about Mark. He is very professional, hard working, an excellent communicator and just a really good, kind person. The marketplace exchange can be such an intimidating thing to figure out. He walked me through step by step to get the right insurance plan for our family. Definitely felt confident speaking with him and felt like we had the full picture. He recommended something that fit our interests and that wasn't just some expensive policy he wanted to sell.
