Services
To expand programming, become a greater part of the communities we serve and continue to partner and work with leaders in the mental health field. We believe that every client and every staff member has strengths. In meeting our service and organizational goals, we will identify and build on the strengths of our clients and our staff to better reach their potential.
The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health awarded a contract to begin providing mental health services to the community. Agency begins providing services to children and youth in DCFS under the Wraparound program. Agency expands to service the intensive mental health needs of children and youth under the FSP program.
Our clients come to Masada to begin their journey towards emotional wellness. With the compassionate help of our teams, they develop the strength and tools to thrive in life and in their communities. Their stories are inspiring to all. Mario and Rose were first introduced to Masada's Wraparound Program in October of 2019.
Masada provides individual mental health services to parents and caregivers of youth receiving treatment in any of our provider program sites in Service Area 1, 6, 7, and 8. The program was developed based upon the belief that providing mental health treatment to parents and caregivers is critical to the successful stabilization of the family unit and the successful achievement of children meeting their treatment goals.
The Children's IFCCS Program assists children with serious emotional disturbances and their families throughout LA county who are DCFS involved by utilizing a strength-based, needs-based, team-based, family centered approach. In addition to individual mental health interventions for the child, support services are also provided to meet the needs of parents/caregivers regarding their own trauma which impacts the family's/child's stabilization.
