I have been Staging professionally since 2002 and I LOVE this business! LUXURY is all about layers and creating a more curated look for the property to target the higher-end buyer. To obtain this type of Staging, your budget needs to be in line with expectations. Luxury Staging is usually 3-4X the price of Staging for an average priced property. This is not the type of Staging to haggle on price nor have a champagne taste on a beer budget.
Our Team is trained to be able to transform a house using what a homeowner has, and also can provide artwork, decor and furniture as needed to help add WOW Factor for photos and in-person showings. Our team is trained to provide Home Staging Consultations on Occupied Houses where we advise Sellers what to do throughout their home to best prepare it for sale. We provide detailed recommendations room-by-room, and also address the curb appeal and landscaping in the front and back yard. We are honest with our recommendations and kind in how we share the information as we understand selling can be a stressful time.

Amazing experience. Jennie has a superior sense of designing/staging. She also has a very good taste on selecting theme colors, furniture and decorations. I have done a lot of researches on various staging companies in town, and I believe SHS is the one with best quality and most reasonable price. It only takes them 2 days from designing to setting up everything - you don't even need to show up! I was selling a luxury home, and with SHS's help, the house was under contract in 2 days, with multiple offers. This is my best selling experience ever!

I am a Colorado Realtor. Recently I had a very positive experience working with Jennie Norris and Sensational Home Staging. Jennie's team was both competent and professional. Although I needed to reschedule the staging of the townhome that I was selling several times, Jennie remained positive and flexible. Once we were ready, the furniture and accessories went in and Jennie coordinated having my MLS photos taken. The result was fantastic. The home that I was selling looked great and went under contract in two days.

My Real Estate company recently launched an office in Denver and was referred to Sensational Home Staging for all of our staging needs. They have be absolute rockstars and a fantastic partner for us. We have used them on 5 homes so far and all 5 homes have gone under contract at or above asking price. We even had a home that had been on the market for a month with no offer that I decide to lower the price on and stage. Staging went in before the weekend and we ended up in a multiple offer scenario with offers that had driven the price up to my original asking price! The price is extremely fair
