Melissa has a great eye for design. Not only did she provide great recommendations for staging my mom's house to put on the market, but she was able to consult on colors to ensure the changes we made were on point with the trends on the market.
After spending nearly an hour of a walk through with her, she took copious pictures and provided a detailed report so that we would remember everything we discussed when it came time to prep the house.

The furniture Melissa chose really made our place look great for the photos and showings. We had the property all set to close and the buyer pulled out last minute because of the COVID shut downs. Melissa was very responsive to the last minute changes and it allowed us to get it back under contract the next week and work towards a successful closing.

She was thorough in going room to room with us and making excellent suggestions on what to keep and what to put into storage. She spent as much time as we needed and her fee was very reasonable.
Her final report came back in the form of a room by room checklist which makes it super easy to follow and check off when completed. She provided names of products she recommended to clean stains and restore wood.
