Hi! I'm Leslie Testa and I created Les Is More Home Staging for homeowners who are too busy or overwhelmed to prepare their homes for sale. Whether a property is 500 square feet or 5,000, I thrive on preparing homes for sale through simplifying, styling and updating in order to create appeal to the widest range of potential buyers.
Vacant staging consultations are required prior to all vacant staging projects in order to plan the space and to make property suggestions that will benefit the sale. Owner-occupied staging consultations provide a thorough evaluation of the inside and outside of the home followed by a written list of specific property suggestions.

Leslie and her team did a perfect job staging our two story brick '50s home quickly and on time. Les and her team balanced the post-Covid home expectation with its 1950's look and feel.
More important than our single critique, and having no connection to our (seller) agent or photographer, Leslie was given a 10 for 10 from both. Both our agent and photographer have worked in the Seattle Metro real estate business for many, many years independently selling and photographing hundreds if not more homes.

I used Leslie for my living and dining room after moving into a new house. I had just purchased a new couch and then was stuck with how to decorate from there. She had excellent ideas for making my living/dining room more functional, cozy, and most importantly, still my style. One thing I did not want was for the space to look like a showroom, which Leslie did great designing a space that has new modern touches while still showcasing my personal taste. I would absolutely recommend using her services and will be using Leslie again.

Leslie completely transformed my home! My bedroom is unrecognizable from the college-dorm feel it had before - now it looks like it's straight out of a magazine. Leslie worked so hard and set right expectations throughout the process, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. I could not recommend Leslie's work more highly!!

Leslie was wonderful from start to finish. I booked my consultation and from the moment she stepped foot in my door she was professional and kind. We went room to room and reviewed what was needed for each room as well as prioritizing what she felt was a must and what could pass without adjustment. Her style is so clean and beautiful with great colors and she works well within my budget and was very forthcoming with pricing. My favorite part was the priority list for each room following the consultation - so so helpful! All the work she put in really increased the end result when I sold my home
