I was on my way to LAX from San Diego. My front tire was flat so I stopped by the closest tire shop available. I explained the situation and he had two used tires available. He sold it for $50, he installed it in like 15 minutes, and I was on my way to LA without any issues. If you are looking for a place to fix a tire or purchase one, this could be your place.

I Came into Escondido looking for a good quality tire shop that is not to expensive, a good friend recommended me to Chavez tires and wow what a Relief they where they gave me a good deal for all 4 tires and where fast to put them on Thanks to Lionel who was very helpful and assuring there , I recommend to all in the area or coming by that this is the spot for tires

Wanted to give this place a try since I passed by one day. I called this place asking for a quote on used tires. I was told $80 for the front 2 and were Michelin over the phone, I agreed and told them I'd be on my way. Once I got there I told the guy I just called and was given the quote for $80 for Michelin tires. The guy was really rude and said no way they would never charge that price. I'm like well someone over the phone just told me that, he was asking who the guy I spoke to sounded and his name. I thought This is ridiculous. (All the while being rude) Long story short I waited

First thing I said before he started was, "please be as careful as you can with the paint they were painted 2 weeks ago". Came out screwed up when he put on the tire I saw his scuff them on the balancing machine a few times. When I mentioned that he said "you won't even notice when you drive" and tried to paint them with a random can he found!! What is that?! I'm screwed out of my new $200 paint job from a legit paint shop and because I went to a crummy business, this is the consequence. Bad business.

Great place! I was on my way to Discount Tire to get a flat repaired and happened to drive right by this place. Stopped on a whim not really knowing if they could do this but I was greeted immediately by a friendly young man who said he could help. In and out in 15 minutes tops. I would have waited an hour at Discount and paid more there. Hopefully I won't have a flat anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be back!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
They replaced tires, one blew out. They bent the drive shaft and later denied any of the damages.
They don't stand by their products and their service is terrible.

Had a flat on I-15 South and needed a new tire ASAP. Called tire shops around Escondido and none had the one I needed, ended up finding this place on yelp and called and they had my tire size. Got my car towed to this shop and the owner and I believe his son, were real nice and got me out of there quick. Plus the tire only cost me $50 and other places were quoting me at $200. Definitely would recommend.

I desperatly needed a tire on new years. Nothing was opened. Yelp wasnt helping much so just as i was giving up i pass by this place. It was lonely so i stop by and theyoffer me a good used tire for $40 balanced and installed. Awesome!
It is family owned so it was nice finding a place like this. I will be coming here from now on for all my tires.
