I’m at ease when I bring my vehicle to EAP. I have been servicing my Toyota Camry here for a few years. They work on a lot of Toyotas it seems. I found them when I needed a hybrid battery replaced. They did a full inspection of the car, which is surprising because most places will charge you extra now just for an inspection…They suggested some maintenance like the transmission and cooling system which needed service because I’ve never had them serviced. Over the next few years I ended up going back for other services like spark plugs and brakes. Even through the pandemic they remained reliable

I read good reviews about this shop so I decided to give them a try. They did a diagnosis on the car because it’s leaking coolant. They said they didn’t see any leaks, they recommend me to ad dye so they could detect where the leak was coming from and they couldn’t figure out the location. The leak is still happening so I have a appointment Monday with Kia to fix the problem.I asked them a few questions and had to idea. The young receptionist had no clue on what to say when asked questions all she said let me go ask the technician because I don’t know. They still charge me the $159 dollars

I took my Subaru Outback here to first get a complete check and then to get the engine replaced. Oscar was my technician and he did an amazing job. He gave me the space to ask as many questions as I needed which is not something I have experienced at other auto shops. Their inspection review sheet also greatly helped in my understanding of what work needed to be done to my car and why. Oscar called me throughout the time that they were working on my car to give me updates and I never felt cheated or in the dark. Also, my car stereo was not working when I took my car in but I never mentioned it
