Be careful with this lawyer took advantage of the no Rodriguez and took my mother in laws $5000 cash didn’t do nothing for my Fiancé. My fiancé had courts and Cruz never showed up to none of his courts. No he won’t refund my mother in law money. We have tried to talk to him or his staff. And no luck be really careful. I will he call BBB and reporting him. Now I had to get another lawyer because my fiancé is fighting deportation thru the BIA. No more courts

My husband had FELONY'S and we went to court and the Judge want to deport him that same day then i heard about Carlos Cruz to mention we live in a different state so i was very scared again to lose Thousand's of dollars again. Carlos Cruz is an excellent lawyer. I came in just to renew my work permit and maybe do my adjustment of status (green card). as we were filling out my paperwork he suggested that my fiancé and I get married. He said that under a new interpretation of the law, she would also be protected under my petition. 3 months later, we BOTH got our Work Permits. 6 months later, as promised, we BOTH got our Permanente Residence (green card). I highly recommend him!
