Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.

I lived here for a year with a roomate, and a close friend of mine still lives there but is going to be moving out soon. The management was nice, the grounds were well kept, and the pool was clean. Never had any issues with the dogs at the (small) dog park. The parking lot could use repairs, especially the entrance on the right side, but in a jeep I had no real problem with that. The washers and driers are a good distance from where my apartment was, as were the dumpsters; but it’s not hard to throw stuff in the back of the car, and bring it around that way. They only had options with carpet

Love this place. Very quite! Close to everything. Has pool, dog area, is kept very clean. 1 bedrooms are very large and are big enough to thoroughly enjoy. Bedrooms big. Apartments have fireplaces and big dining and living rooms. If anything in apartment complex goes on, we are notified immediately.
