From the git go I liked this place. Phone friendliness to actual exam and visit was a really good experience.

My progressive prescription had to be redone because I could not see properly out the one Dr Lassa gave me. [ I went to Kaiser for a second refraction and gave the corrected prescription back to Tam to fill.] Secondly, the pressure from my "technician" to include features that I found too expensive for my budget was very intense and made me really uncomfortable. I would never ever go back to this place.

As a new patient I was totally pleased with my first visit! Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Frank was very thorough in his examination of my eyes and took plenty of time to discuss my concerns and answer my questions. When it came to looking for glasses frames, I was delighted with both the selection of fun and reasonably priced frames and the low key help and advice I received from Craig.
I'm a very happy patient and definitely plan to use Mt. Tam Optometric Center for my future eye care and eye wear!

No wonder contacts had never worked for me before: Because I'd never been to see Dr. Frank. This guy is amazing. Fun, hip, modern, cool and he's great at what he does. He had me try on a number of options, wear them for a week, adjusted the lenses, adjusted the numbers until we both settled on the final option. He's just that good. His staff rocks too. They are young, polite, modern hipsters with cool senses of humor. And patient too. They seem to love what they do, and they're good at it. I cannot say enough about Dr. Frank. He has changed my life and my vision forever.

The most amazing service. It is all about getting the solution for you that achieves your goals for vision.
I was told that I was not a candidate for contact lenses. Dr Lassa Frank has proven otherwise. The opportunity to see without glasses is amazing better field of vision and the ability to read with sunglasses on is pretty amazing.
