White Caps Motel and RV Park is located in the marina district in the the heart of Ohio's vacationland, Port Clinton, Ohio. Minutes from The White Caps, you will find many of the area's attractions, such as the Jet Express ferry to Put-In-Bay, downtown shopping, restaurants, night life and, yes, fishing charters!
We are located directly on the Portage River which is just minutes by water to Lake Erie. Immediately next door to our motel is large state-managed boat launch. This makes it very convenient for our guests to launch their boats and personal watercraft (jet-skis) into the water quickly. Our convenient river front dockage allows our guests to keep their boat or personal watercraft in the water their entire stay.

Been here twice, both times the rooms were clean and neat as promised. Is it the Ritz? No, but for the price you can't beat it. They have an activity room with an ice machine that we used for keeping our fish cold for the trip home. Going there twice next year, gonna catch a ton of Walleye the first time and Perch on the second visit. All in all you can't beat the place. By the way we spent three nights each visit and each day when we returned from fishing the room was cleaned and sterilized. What more can you ask for when on a fishing trip. Great place for my purpose.
