Tra saved my day and returned my problematic computer to what I consider to be a brand new computer!!!! Tra took my computer and did a clean install going from Windows 8 to Windows 10. We then did a computer share session which was most helpful to install my printer; getting my scanner to work and PATIENTLY guided me around my computers updated programs so I would be educated on how my new and improved computer worked. I am so very grateful for his expertise, helpfulness, patience and to now have him as my go to person when I need computer repair guidance. I feel he charged a reasonable price for

I had screwed my computer up (yeah ill admit it) and tried all I could think of to correct it. So in the end I placed a call to Creative Tech Owl. He was kind enough to let me drop it off and said he would call when it was done.
The next day I received a call and it was all set. So let me explain what makes him different:
No "make believe" time was added to my bill.
No "I had to add a part" when I didn't need

Most professional computer repairmen I have ever seen, very nice and knows a great deal about computers. After 3 days of futile attempts of trying to fix my computer I called them up and he got it from me without a visiting fee or any hidden fees other repairmen like to put in and told me what happened, only took 2 days and the price was worth it for the repairs he performed on it, if I ever have another computer problem, this is my go-to place. -Brian

I had an issue with a laptop screen for a while, and it finally went dark one day. Once I reached out, I had my laptop repaired within 24 hours for a more than fair price - it works better than ever now! He was always in communication, keeping me up to date with what he thought the issue might (and might not be) each step of the way. Would highly recommend.
