WAY OVERPRICED! Please do not go here and find another place that is more affordable and where the staff is kinder. I took in a pair of pants that needed a new zipper (no cleaning needed), a blazer that needed to be stitched (no cleaning), a jacket (NOT A COAT) to be cleaned, and a dress (nothing fancy) to be cleaned. I should have asked for a price beforehand, and moving forward I will do this at dry cleaning places, but I originally left thinking that this order couldn't cost more than $30, maybe $35. They charged me $53!

I have been using the services of Premiere Cleaners since relocating to San Diego. The quality of their dry cleaning is consistently excellent, and in four years have never experienced a problem. The staff there are very friendly! Their prices seem a little high, but I guess it is true that "you get what you pay for."

Never again!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars throughout the time I have lived in Bressi Ranch having my clothes dry cleaned at Premiere Cleaners, first, NOT PREMIERE, took a blouse in to be dry cleaned, picked it up probably a few months ago, since the weather has been warm just pulled it out to wear it and there was a note saying that they had attempted to get the stain out several times, it came back to me with a huge stain that WAS NOT there when I took it in, and they dry cleaned it with the stain and I paid for it. Lost all my clothes. I had nothing to wear to work. The lady called the owner and explained the urgency. She said he was coming in to take care of the issue and find my clothes. Waited hours and he never arrived. The lady said he wasn't going to come in and she closed the store and went home.
Update: The owner came in the next day and was able to find my clothes. They were very apologetic and gave 20% off. Still not happy with the lady who locked up the store and went home. She promised repeatedly that the the owner was coming in. When he didn't, she acted like it was not her

I am thrilled to have found this place. I took quite a few items to be altered and they weren't the easiest material to work with. I was a bit nervous because when marking the alterations I wanted she was so fast but when I picked up and examined the clothes they are all sewn beautifully and just as I wanted them.
The try-on room is just a stand-up closet and really cramped. There is no privacy when the markings are going on the clothes since you are standing in the front window but I'm more concerned with the end result and quality of work!

I had a brand new suit cleaned at this establishment. They returned my suit in an unsatisfactory condition. Upon closer examination at home, I could see that they did not exercise basic care when handling my suit. One of the buttons on my jacket is barely hanging on by a thread. There are now some broken threads on the lapels. On the back of my jacket, it looks like part of it got caught on something abrasive and now some threads are just hanging there.
It looks like there is no use in talking to the owners. Do not expect any form of professionalism from this business. I urge you to avoid Premiere

I use premiere cleaners since they are the closest to my home. So far, so good. I don't know how a dry cleaners are going to earn me extra stars by going above and beyond so I gave them 4 stars. Its a little more price than some other places but being they are so close, I will continue to use them out of convenience.

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My worse nightmare for cleaners realized. I brought in a very expensive suit and one of my favorite suits to this place. After picking it up I noticed several tears on the sleeve of the coat. After bringing it up to the manager, he said it was like that when they cleaned it. Even made up a story, saying it looks like I snagged it on a car door! There were several tears even if slammed in the door several times, I would not be able to replicate it. When I asked what he was going to do about it he said I won't charge you for the cleaning....that's it

I have had issues with them in the past, but this most recent experience was the final straw! I brought 4 pieces in and one (very expensive) blouse did not get cleaned. The reason: they said it was damaged and showed me 3 tears, all of which were NOT there before. Guarantee that! This is not a good dry cleaners - in fact it is probably the worst one I have ever
been to. After giving the owners much of my business he refused to stand by
me when they damaged an expensive article - telling me I could go elsewhere if
I didn't like his service and I did go elsewhere and am much happier. I will never give this business owner my hard earned dollars again.

It's funny because 4 years ago I moved from 4S ranch area to Carlsbad and then to Cardiff but I still take my stuff to Premiere cleaners...
anyways, about the bad reviews that I see here... I am shocked... in the last 4 years that I've been going there... I can't say one bad thing about the place :)
They close at 7pm during the week and sometimes (most of the times) I get there right at 7 or a couple minutes before and I know I never have to worry about them being closed because

Never had much trouble with this place, things get dropped off, things gets cleaned. Sometime they don't understand you on what you want, but there is that one white gentleman that is there to make sure things are entered in properly.
