Services
Our Dental Receptionists and Office Manager will help you schedule appointments and complete necessary paperwork. They will also answer any billing questions that you may have. Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and we ask the same courtesy from your family.
Prior to your surgery, you'll have a pre-op consultation in which we explain exactly what will happen during your procedure. We will also give you pre-operative instructions at this point so that you can prepare for your upcoming appointment. Some of the most common pre-op instructions involve fasting before the procedure, avoiding smoking, and staying away from certain medications.
It is not uncommon for us to see dark spaces between teeth in patients who have a history of gum disease or history of gum surgery. These triangles of space occur due to the bone loss that is created by the disease processs of peridontitis. Not all black triangles are assocatied with gum disease, sometimes they arise from recession of our gums or movement of our teeth.
Vicki has been in Texas now for over 5 years. She's originally from upstate New York. Her love and passion for dental hygiene has been growing for 18 years. Vicki hits the ground running at the gym every morning before work and loves to connect and laugh with our patients while swapping stories. She enjoys spending time cooking, baking and traveling with her husband Kevin and dog Bettis.

Best best dental clinic ever!!! As referred by my sister who really had a great experience with them. Sybille the dental assistant, is an awesome lady. She assisted me very kindly, did my xrays comfortably. Viki my dental hygienist, so thorough and so very kind, she makes me super comfortable all throughout the teeth prophylaxis. Enjoyed a lot talking to her while waiting for Dr. Sahlil. I felt home and less anxious on my appointment. Best Dentist out there!!! I could not complain and I am okay with driving for an hour just to go see Dr. Sahlil Mehta!!! Very keen, professional, knowledgeable, great

My husband and I have been to many dentists and this is by far the best one we have found. The staff is always nice and helpful, the place is super clean, the dentist is very professional and personable, and Paige is the best dental hygenist we have ever had. She is so careful not to hurt you and very good at her job. I definately recommend this place.

This was my first visit for a cleaning. The office was nice, clean and updated. The staff was welcoming and I had no wait. I did all my docs online and they actually took them, no paperwork later. My cleaning was great and the dentist who reviewed with me was thorough and honest. They didn't try to upsell me. I will definitely go back.

A great dental office. I found this place by conducting searches online after being charged a ton of extra money for a routine dental examination by a certain dentist in Southlake. I have a regular dental insurance and this practice never charges me anything for routine dental exams and the other fees have most reasonable. I have been going to this place even after moving further away and the drive is about 30 minutes now but we keep going there because we like them. Never had any negative experience. All the staff members are nice and work very efficiently and Dr Mehta is a very nice person and

My experience here has been excellent. The Dentist is outstanding and the staff is amazing. The equipment is state of the art and makes procedures fast, and painless. The hygienist is awesome, my teeth have never felt so clean. I was very fearful to start over with a new dentist after moving here from out of state. I no longer fear going to the dentist and am grateful to have found Fresh Dentistry!!

Every visit is amazing. I have the same faces and we catch up like old bar buddies. They always ask about the family and I am updated on theirs as well. The customer service is perfect, there is never a long wait and they always explain what they are doing and what to expect next. This is the best dental office in Texas!!

Come here, you will not be disappointed!! Especially if going to the dentist makes you nervous. The staff is very friendly. I always feel judged when I go in to the dentist office, and feel like I do when I go to the mechanic. Head in bc one (minor) thing is wrong and they find 34 other things that need (immediate) attention. NOT THE CASE AT FRESH DENTISTRY!! They were honest with me about what needs attention, no pressuring me to get more work done. Vicky, Wilma & Dr Mehta were excellent! Thank you Jordan for referring me, I already have my next appointment scheduled!!

Dr. Salil Mehta is not just a dentist, but an ARTIST. He delivered the outcome I asked for and even EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. My black triangles are gone and in their place are beautiful teeth which look natural in form and color. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Though I had to drive over 2 hours, it was definitely worth it! Now, instead of being told something's on my teeth, people are impressed with how nice they look.

I am very picky when it comes to dentists... so much so, that I tend to avoid them like the plague. I was recently suffering from a severe toothache and based on a recommendation from a mutually picky friend, I called Dr. Mehta.
His staff was accommodating, friendly and worked me in immediately.
Dr. Mehta found an abscess in one of my large molars and immediately began strategizing ways to help me out as we were leaving on vacation within 72 hours; with a promise that if antibiotics and pain meds didn't help, he would stay late to get the root canal done before my vacation.
HE DID!!!

I had been searching for a new general dentist and happened to mention it to the oral surgeon who did my front tooth implant. He said that his best friend from dental school had a practice in Fort Worth that wasn't too far from me. His staff all chimed in about how much they loved Dr. Mehta too. So I took a shot.
The office is clean and well maintained. There are coffee and water in the waiting room. The reception staff is friendly and personable and will call me if they have a cancellation that better fits my preferred appointment times. I teach at a community college so my schedule

This place has been amazing. From the front desk to the back office. Dr. Mehta has good bed side manner and uses a conservative approach. I was worked in as a same day patient for tooth pain. Needed a root canal which was all done within the same week as they were able to work around my schedule. Dr. Mehta personally called me a few days after to check in on me. Great customer service!!

Teeth are 75 years old. Have been to Louisiana, Oklahoma and military dentist. By far the very best pain free most caring dentist is at Fresh Dentistry in Texas. If I paid more for the care I got it was well worth it, BUT I seriously doubt I did. Dr. SALIL MEHTA you are a perfectionist. Thank you

Great location. Courteous staff. Efficient cleaning. Quickly scheduled in for some filling work on a tooth. Dr Mehta did a fantastic job and I was on my way in no time. Also I got a follow up call from him on post procedure day 3 just to check up on me. Great service! Awesome staff. Super happy to have found an excellent new dentist nearby.

She didn't make me hold the suction thing like at the other place i was lol. She is great to talk with and she even wrote me a hand written letter thanking me for my visit! I much appreciated the fact that she remembered what we talked about - she told me to have fun on my vacay. It's the little things.

I've been going here almost a year now and I'm very happy. They don't try to push unneeded procedures which is huge since I feel like a lot of places are so quick to try to charge you for extra work that isn't necessarily needed. I like that I see the same dentist each time, I feel like he knows me now and knows what issues I have. Everyone is always very friendly and the office is always very clean. They have big TVs in every room as well which is nice.

In the past, I would get anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Mehta has changed all that for me. I went to him for a cleaning last year and since then, I have entrusted my complete dental care to him. He listens to your concerns and gives you options to the solution in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Mehta does all that he can to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your teeth when you leave his office. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do; no sales pitch here
