Caroline Hsu received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2001. After graduating at the top of her class with highest honors, she completed a General Practice Residency program at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Dr. Hsu joined All Smiles Family Dentistry in 2003 and bought the practice in 2006.
I have been a longtime satisfied patient with "All Smiles Dentistry" since 1985. My teeth & gums were in poor health back then; Dr. Hsu turned my fear of Dentistry, into a confident bright SMILE! Have been a patient of this practice for several years and always found the doctors and staff to be extremely caring and competent. Recently I needed urgent care for a broken tooth. I was able to obtain an appointment promptly and Dr Pelberg did a superb job in restoring the tooth and making it look and feel like new.

Awesome team! Dr. Caroline Hsu is the BEST !!!Everyone is super friendly and positive from the front desk staff to the back staff. Any fear you have of the dentist will subside when you visit with… Dr. Hsu and the All Smiles family. Any work done is completed in a timely fashion. Dr. Hsu is always super friendly and great at explaining everything she is going to do before your work gets done. I have a very busy lifestyle , so most days just sitting in the dentist chair having work done is the most relaxing

As someone who struggles with mental illness, I sometimes have difficulty finding doctors who have the patience to work with me despite my issues. Fortunately for me, Dr. Hsu and her staff turned out to be incredibly kind and accommodating when I visited them for the first time last week. What's more, they are quite good at what they do, and I couldn't have been happier with the results! I have no reservations about going back to see them again, and I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who's in need of a talented and caring dentist!

I have been under the care of both Dr. Hsu and Dr. Pelberg, and they are both great! They and the rest of the staff are always friendly and easy to talk to, and they genuinely care for and have an interest in their patients. This truly is a compassionate, "no-judgement" dental practice, where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came.

I was not even a patient. I had lost a filling and a friend recommended them. They made room in their schedule and fixed my filling. Dr. Pellburg was so amazing!! She had a ton of knowledge and shared everything with me as she was doing it. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Really, they make the dental experience not feel quite so “dental!” My next appointment is already in the books!!

What a fantastic experience. The office is immaculate. The staff couldn't be more helpful or nicer. Dr. Pelberg was wonderful. She combines impeccable dentistry with an unbelievable "chair-side" manner which made me feel very comfortable & relaxed during a rather lengthy appointment. Highly recommended for patients with or without fear of the dentist chair. There's a reason it's called "All Smiles ". 🙂
