Avoid. Took my car to Amina earlier this year for an oil change and tire rotation. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the right front wheel. The wheel almost fell off on the highway. I called them to report the issue and was ignored. They deleted my last review about this. Avoid this sketchy place!

I was charged for a diagnostic test that resulted in no information about my car issues. Then was told they would find the problem when they had time. I called multiple times over a six week period and was always told they would update me by Friday. The Friday’s kept going by, calling again same story. Those updates never happened and I finally had to go and tow my car to someone that could actually spend time looking at it.

My husband and I had traveled across the country from Georgia to Colorado to see Rocky Mountain National Park and my 2015 Subaru Forrester suddenly went dead at the top of the highest point. Someone jumped our car off and we carefully made our way back to Estes Park late on Saturday afternoon with EVERY light blinking that our car was in trouble. Somehow we found Aminos and we parked and called Subaru dealer to describe our situation and were advised to turn it off and let it cool for 30 minutes. When we tried to start it again… NOTHING! I took my car here and had by far the worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop. They took forever to diagnose the issue (a small leak), then tried to charge an insane amount of money to fix the issue which they actually made worse during the diagnosis. I found another spot that fixed the issue the next day for $75 vs $500 and they alerted me of the new issue that was caused by Amina. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am very disappointed in this Company! We are local in Estes and very excited to have a local Company in town work on our 4 vehicles. We purchased 4 tires from them for 1 vehicle and 1 of the tires has continued to lose air even after we have brought it back 3 times. We have contacted Amina over 6 times through phone calls and online appointments for repair on 2 of our other vehicles and have never received a phone call back for an appointment. Seems they are not interested in local business.

Brought our 2008 Sienna in on a Saturday, July 31 in Estes Park. Heard a clunking noise, asked to check out. Placed seemed busy and had only 1 person on which compounded the problem. Had to call back later to check on status and went down there. Informed a bad tie-rod end, but could not replace since they don't do wheel alignments. Charge of $65. Towed to Denver (via AAA) and to a knowledge mechanic, not tie-rod but loose stabilizer bar link. Don't recommend going here. Repair flat tires might be okay.

Absolutely awful experience. He kept our car for SIX WEEKS with little to no communication about what was going on. Dissuaded us from taking it to the dealer because he claimed he could fix it. Still made us pay $1600 for a car that wouldn't even run. He didn't fix it! We had it towed to the dealer where after a day or two they told us the engine was the problem (not the other random stuff he tried to fix) and it would cost way more to fix than it was worth so we had it taken to the junkyard.
I am really angry that we had to pay so much for a car that was never going to run again and

I’ve been happily using Amina Auto Repair services since moving into the area 6 years ago. Whatever has gone wrong with my car has been diagnosed and fixed at their facility. From minor maintenance to replacing tires, transmission, and a host of other issues. They are consistently friendly, professional and honest. I lived in Central Park for 15 years and have been a customer of Amina for most, having also gone to the most reliably rated shops nearby as well. I've sought second opinions to Amina whenever repair costs were moderate or more as well. Mohamed and his team are the highest caliber, fully trustworthy, and fair. Since moving, I have driven across town from my new home farther away, for amina's opinion on my car issues. That's how good they are, in my opinion.

Amina does it again! This is our third car that we've taken to Mohammed for repair. We also make sure to take out cars to Amina for oil changes and any other upkeep. Unfortunately our car was rear ended and we needed to replace the bumper. Mohammed has gone to bat for us with our insurance company when they've wanted to replace using parts that he, himself, would not recommend. Always goes above and beyond.
Amina is a busy shop and the owner is a no BS, straight shooter communicator. I am sure, as in any business, it is hard to please everyone. I can only speak to our multiple encounters

DO NOT USE AMINA AUTO REPAIR! After 10 weeks, $415 in incorrect fixes, $250 in tows, and $200+ in ride shares due to this shop's lack of diligence, professionalism, and expertise, I finally decided to take my vehicle to the dealership. Turns out my battery, which was under warranty, was leaking acid and causing all my problems. 10 weeks of "diagnosing" an electrical issue, and they never even thought to check the battery. Save your money and your time.

These guys waited until after I spent $3600 to tell me that I would have been better off just getting a new car. Thanks for wasting my time and money! SCAM CITY! When they tried to give me some service to make up for it he spent the entire time telling me what I did to mess up my car and making up lies instead of admitting their mistake.
UPDATE: After I posted this review, the owner sent me a text telling me to "Get a life", we talked about him making it right and he has since blown me off. This guy is just in it for the money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

AVOID THIS SHOP. If you asked me if I would recommend Amina two weeks ago, I would have done so without hesitation. We were loyal customers who have spent thousands there over the last couple years. That was before I was stranded in the mountains last Tuesday when my transmission on my 4 year old car overheated, and I found out that Amina used the wrong transmission fluid and way overfilled the system when they flushed it. I went to get a quote from another auto body shop and it was $800. I then came to Amina and the price wasn't even close! It was quite a bit lower.
I had another repair done but this one resulted in dirt on my windshield visor and front center of my car roof. See images. I called and they did not apologize at all. They asked what I wanted them to do about it. They should have apologized at the very least! Also, inexplicably,80 miles were missing from my car charge.

We are very satisfied with Amina and highly recommend them. Our car repairs were completed in a timely manner and our car looked as good as new when we picked it up. I thought this was a very small auto shop based on how personal and attentive they were every time we called to check on our car. It's impressive how busy they are yet able to be so personable with each customer! We are so happy to have a trustworthy place for any car issues that may come up in the future and will certainly use them again if needed!

Really great, trustworthy shop! Very friendly, too. I came in for what I thought was a broken windshield motor, and it turned out it it was just loose, but they did the work free of charge that same day. I don't know anyone else who would have not tried to hustle something there. I'll be back for sure!

I had my car repaired here after an accident this past winter and I have to say I have been pretty disappointed given the reviews I had read prior to choosing the place. They left the part they repaired misaligned, they had my car almost two months, they used a nail and washer and left it on the inside of my door handle bolted in where there was previously nothing there and all of these things I was willing to overlook until I noticed they used a very cheap paint that almost immediately started chipping off and now with each rain just gradually gets worse and worse. Wouldn't recommend.

Love these guys! I have always been impressed when going here for oil changes, but unfortunately I had to use them for bodywork this past winter when someone rear ended me. They were so helpful and Mohammed really worked hard for me. In the end my car was ready earlier than planned and it looks great!

Mohamed greeted me with a big smile and treated me like I was the most important customer he's ever encountered.

We had a great experience with Amina Auto Repair. Obviously it isn't ideal when your car won't start and has to be towed out of your garage for service, but if it has to happen, Amina is there!
They even fixed our car on Christmas Eve, which was sooner than expected, given the holiday. The communication was good and via text, which we appreciate.

I've been coming to Amina Auto since I moved to Denver 5 years ago. I cannot say more about how wonderful Mohammed and his staff are! His has truly been there every time I've had a car emergency (which has been a few times now) and has really gone above and beyond for me! I so grateful to have him as my mechanic!

I took my car to this shop at the recommendation of a friend. I also saw all the rave reviews...Unfortunately, my experience was adequate, not stellar. I had my car towed there without an appointment, so the fact that I had to wait a couple days to get it looked at is completely understandable. It did not start and also had some other electrical problems. I was not sure if they were related.

Brought in my Dodge diesel with a broken tired rod at the start of business. After some hard work searching for the right part it was quickly installed.
Great staff, conformable lobby, very friendly.
Glad I came here, would recommend to anyone with automotive issues.
