I just started working here back in December. Though the onboarding process to get in had a miscommunication hiccup, my direct supervisor kept me informed of every process to get me in there. I could tell from when I interviewed, that Grandview is a company to make a career with. On my first day I had such an outpour of concern from each of the associates, making sure I was finding things okay and getting along okay.
