I went in a little worried about an interest I had for at least 15 years. Once I met Dr. Coan and his staff, I realized the time was now right. I was interested in breast augmentation. First of all, Tica is an incredible person. She is always so kind and joyful! My experience with my nurse April was fantastic too. She was very gentle and compassionate and I think she made excellent suggestions for my needs/ wants. I'm so impressed with everyone I've met at Care. I initially received my first Botox treatment with nurse April who is so sweet. It was quick and painless. April answered all my questions and put my worries at ease. I was happy with my Botox results. I also purchased latisse and very happy with the visible results. They also carry skin care products.
One thing that sets them apart from other facilities is their support for small business owners. They often highlight women owned businesses and offer awesome promotions. During covid, every Thursday they had a FB live- I looked forward to their videos. Can't wait to stop in soon.

I recently saw Caitlin for some face love (botox and Filler). She was AMAZING! I was so nervous about looking artificial. She listened to what I wanted, what I was concerned about and delivered beyond my expectations. I can't stop staring at my face, she seriously erased 10 years off it! The staff here is very friendly but have given me the run around for the past 6 months or so. I've been in constant contact with this office on my own, have made several calls to my insurance company, and gone to several doctors at the recommendation of Care Plastic Surgery. I have repeatedly been told to call back when I completed "x, y, & z"-- all of which I did, only to be informed today that they are not equipped to perform the surgery for some vague reasons. I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Coan 6 months ago, and I'm absolutely in love with the results! I went from being flat chested with little confidence to a 32DD and having all the confidence in the world. I had no complications with my post op course, which was something that I was worried about at the start. Everything from the consultation to my 3 month follow up appointment exceeded my expectations. I really felt cared for by Dr. Coan and his team. I definitely recommend Dr. Coan and Care Plastic Surgery!

Dr. Coan is an excellent doctor. His staff is professional, kind & polite. I had gone to several consultations at different offices but I didn't feel comfortable. When I met Dr. Coan I immediately felt comfortable & trusted in the fine work he does. It's been 3 yrs now & im still happy with my results & I would definitely go back to him for any future procedures.

I can only write a review about the experience that I had with Dr. Coan for a consultation for a repeat breast augmentation. He was extremely arrogant and pretentious, and insisted that he knew the best for my body. As it turns out, he was pushing me to have larger implants than I had wanted, and he was not listening to my questions or my suggestions. As a result, I wound up seeing a different surgeon who listened to me and I now have a fantastic result with saline implants.

I am 2 days Post Op. and I have to say I am ALREADY so pleased with Dr. Coan's work. Dr. Coan, and his WHOLE TEAM are AMAZING. I had the best possible experience during the surgery. They made me feel so at ease and I was not nervous at all before going into surgery. I have already recommend Care Plastic surgery to a few of my friends and I will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for this type of surgery. Dr. Coan and his staff @ CARE Plastic Surgery are FANTASTIC!! I got two different consultations, one from a plastic surgeon in Raleigh & one from Dr. Coan, for a mastopexy w/implants. Well to put it bluntly...Dr. Coan blew the other plastic surgeon away in personality, technique & pricing!!! I couldn't be happier...the TWINS are looking FANTASTIC (not overdone!)...just in time for feeling confident in cute little sundresses, bathing suits & having summer FUN!!! I would give CARE 4.5 stars, but because they're great where it REALLY matters, I'm rounding up to 5.
I am so, so pleased with Dr. Coan's work as well as Dr. Coan himself. He is nice, funny, caring and most importantly, very good at his job. I'm not fully recovered at this point, but I feel (and look) great and am confident enough to recommend him to anyone.
His office is comfortable, clean and obviously stays up to date on technology, and his staff is very pleasant (particularly Jen and Jamie!).
