I wouldn't recommend going to this law firm if you want honest answers , or at least someone who will looking information for you. Before I choose this Lawyer I asked specific questions regarding my taxes and was told I would be ok. As soon as my bankruptcy was near the end I start receiving notices and when I reached out to he told me " oh you have to pay those. " which I was completely distraught. Now I'm left with Tax bills because he either failed to research or any knowledge of the subject.

The lack of communication was, of course, frustrating and when finally reaching the lawyer, he did not listen and cut me off multiple times. You are just a number in his book! (wanting to confirm your payment with him when the finalizing payment had been handed directly to him! However, when you want clarification on your part, you receive frustration in return..) It was an unpleasant process in itself, but the interactions with the office was the real cherry on top.

Mr. Andrews is probably the best bankruptcy lawyer in DMV! He is so knowledgeable, professional, and extremely honest and gives his clients all his attention and the best advices. I am a former employee , and have referred my husband to file for bankruptcy as we had a lot of debts. After being discharged we were able to breathe again and start fresh! I highly recommend him !

I came to this firm for a bankruptcy case. After making an appointment and bringing in all the items that Mr. Andrews asked me to bring, I sat with him and learned about the process, and what I needed to do and what to ease t after filing. He was very informative and helpful, it is obvious he knows what he is doing so I invested all my money into the retainer and filed. He couldn't make it to the hearing but sent someone with me from his office, so I was fine. I ended up forgetting a couple companies I was indebted to, so the only minor drawback to the experience was the fee to include those

I filed for bankruptcy with Tommy Andrews, who was very helpful and professional. We filed for a chapter 13 bankruptcy and once we got going our case was then handled by Tetiana Zhmachenko. She was the worst! She would change the information she gave us, she omitted vital information, misinformed us intentionally, and that was all only when we were finally able to talk to her, as she was also very elusive and dismissive. She was chronically hard to speak with and when we did speak to her, she would mostly say things like "don't worry about it," or "it's no problem,"

My initial experience with Mr. Andrews was great! After my case was discharged, I had some issues and when I spoke with him he gave me serious attitude, as if I should know the law!!!! Hello! He's the expert! His demeanor was quite different . As I was told by another attorney " he should've given you options or educated you on how to fix the matter."
