Phoenix Environmental
We provide environmental inspections for a variety of building concerns (asbestos, mold, radon, pcbs, lead-paint) commonly encountered in both commercial and industrial buildings. We'll identify potential environmental concerns impacting your property and help you avoid liabilities. If your Phase I ESA indicates contamination is likely, we can assist with determining if impacts are present above regulatory standards.

Phoenix completed an Abandoned Service Station Grant project ahead of schedule and under budget. Phoenix was very responsive in removing a UST and getting BUSTR certification quickly so that the closing of a real estate transaction could occur on time. Through the entire process, which could have been very stressful, Jeff was professional and efficient.
Services
Transferring real estate carries environmental risks, before you buy, sell, build or demo let one of our environmental professionals provide an assessment. If Your Phase I ESA Shows Signs Of Contamination We'll Take Samples to Determine If Hazardous Chemicals Are Above The State/Federal Acceptable Standards.
Phoenix Environmental's staff assesses Brownfields, advises clients of their environmental risks and helps them return their property to beneficial use. Phoenix Environmental was formed in 2012. Since our inception, we have developed a solid reputation for successfully solving environmental problems.
When buying a commercial property, unseen environmental hazards can quickly turn your investment sour. Contamination by petroleum and other chemicals can devalue your property, open you up to liability for expensive damages and cleanup costs, and affect your ability to conduct business. An environmental site assessment lowers your risk by making sure there are no unpleasant surprises hidden in the land, water, or soil.
If a Phase I ESA indicates the likely presence of contamination a Phase II ESA may be recommended. Phase II ESAs are often required when the site use included businesses with a history of environmental issues. Gas stations, dry cleaners, automotive and machine shops, and industrial manufacturing businesses commonly have some level of environmental concern necessitating a Phase II ESA.
Remediation Technologies must be consistent with state/federal regulations, meet the project objectives & most importantly, be economically feasible. Phoenix provides a full range of site investigation and remediation services to help manage property liabilities, achieve cleanup standards, and facilitate reuse and redevelopment plans.
