Robert went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. When parts were delayed due to Covid and complications arose, he called me daily to give me updates and let me know how everything was progressing. He did everything he could to help speed up the process and keep me in the loop about what was being done to fix my car. I appreciate their hard work so much and while I hope I don’t have to use their services again, I know where I’ll be taking it if I do!

I have used Texas Body and Frame on several occasions and will go nowhere else.. They have always been professional and honest explaining each step of the repairs, sending texts and calling to assure me of a quick and thorough service.

If I ever need any body work of any kind done to my vehicles, I ALWAYS choose Texas Body and Frame. They handle the insurance and the work in the most professional manner. Plus, the work is always exceptional!

I called several shops to inquire about their ability to repair the door on my van. There are some male staff members who tend to discount the report given about the needed repair when a female is speaking. That was not the case w Titus at this business. He was respectful and assured me of their ability to do the work. Staff kept me apprised of the status of the repair and the estimated cost. I will definitely take any issues w my vehicles to Texas Body and Frame in the future.

My truck was hit by a guy who ran a red light. We had extensive damage to the passengers side and front end. His insurance (not State Farm) said it was repairable. After tear down Texas Body and Frame found $3000 more in damages than the original estimate. The insurance company then totaled the truck. The expertise of the workers here uncovered all of the actual damage.
I have used this business several times over the years. They have always done excellent work on my vehicles and worked with State Farm to make sure all needed repairs are covered and done. Paul has always keep me up to date.

My insurance told me to use them to make repairs on my car. It was very expensive and the paint is bad, my trunk is worse than when it went in and I was without my car for almost 2 weeks for a few repairs. Would not recommend

Heath did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after another shop failed to do so. He was honest about the time frame up front and took care of my vehicle with great detail. Will never use another shop for hail repair again.

These guys are awesome. They've fixed 3 cars for us over the years, all for different issues. Most recently, they fixed hail damage and damage from an accident, on the same car. They had to deal with 1 insurance company about the hail damage and another for the accident damage. I'm sure that could not have been an easy thing. They do a wonderful job and kept us informed on the progress. We will definitely take our vehicles to them any time there's damage to be fixed.

Took over a month for me to receive my car back and received terrible customer service from Robert Tarr. I don't know how he became a general manager when he can't even treat his customers with respect. He is extremely abrasive and rude. Progressive insurance recommended this body, but I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

They had our vehicle for almost a full month while we had a rental. Zero updates unless we initiated contact first. The repair was shoddy at best, as the trim was loose within weeks of us finally getting our car back. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!
RESPONSE TO OWNER: It was under my husband's name. And my user name isn't my legal name. We had our vehicle in your shop June and July of 2016. It was a nightmare experience, took way longer and the trim was loose shortly after. (Check my Yelp review from 2016, if you need more info.) I’ve been here twice to have my car repaired and I have always felt very respected and confident that they are doing the best work possible! Having no knowledge on cars I was very confused when I was trying to have my car fixed at another location but once I went to Texas Body and Frame I no longer get confused! They explained everything to my in a way that didn’t make me feel dumb and they addressed all of my MANY questions! I highly recommend going here because the staff does an excellent job and they are very welcoming and nice people!

Progressive insisted that I take my truck to this place and I did but they did a poor job. It took 35 days to fix and when I received my truck it still had dents in it and they overlooked the fact that the fuel tank was busted. Now progressive will not cover a car rental because this place took repairs over the 30 day cap for a claim, and they didn't fully repair my vehicle. Now I'm stuck paying out of pocket for a rental while another place repairs. I do not recommend.

UPDATE: About a month after we received our car back from this place, the trim is pulling away in several spots. We have yet to decide how to resolve this issue since we had such difficulty with them on the initial repair. The car rental issue was resolved, after several phone calls from us directly to the rental agency. After all the issues we had with this business, all I can say is in our case, they were unprofessional and haphazard.

I would recommend these guys to anyone near Lubbock. Amazing customer service, great communication, and a tremendous outcome. This is a great business with outstanding technicians. Coming from a former auto technician, these guys know how to treat their customers and meet expectations.
