Although online reservation and pickup time was easy and exact, this cannot makeup for trying to get over on a customer!
I called the cab company to check the price to my destination, which was only approximately 2 miles - the charge...$10.
So the cab arrives, I get to my destination and the cab driver gives me the spill about it being a short trip and only $12. I said "hmmm...that's odd, I called your company earlier and was told the fare would be $10?" The cab driver..."oh, ok then $10, if that's what they said...?"
I tipped the driver the $2 he tried to cheat

Don't ever use this company. I had a 615 pick up time to make a flight at O'Hare and they didn't show up because they had me in for the wrong time. I ended up missing my flight and not being able to get home to see my family. And all the dispatcher said was we made a mistake. If you're a cab company you shouldn't be making those kinds of mistakes. And now its going to cost me more money because you messed up. If I could give no stars I would. I'm a frequent traveler and I will never use this company again.

The website is very clear on their pricing policies. The gentlemen who answered the phone were courteous & spoke clearly.
The trip from my hotel to my destination flew by because the driver was very talkative. A nice informative gentleman named Tony, he was on time, kept me entertained with his chit chat & I arrived at my destination early. If Tony had also been my ride back to the hotel, this cab company might have received a better rating, however, the ride back was with Rich who tried to overcharge me by 9 bucks.
