I needed a SUV from the airport to the magnificent mile and a return. I called this company and 15 minutes later I had a car---and it was tremendous. Same person and car picked us up and returned us to the airport in an effortless manor. They were EARLY on my return. My experience is that they were professional, punctual and accommodating. I will use them again and again....No hesitation

5 Stars! Great service! My flight was delayed getting into the airport. Upon landing 30 minutes after our expected arrival time, I turned on my cell phone and the driver, Robert, had left messages for me every 10 minutes telling me that she was still waiting for us. The car Lincoln town car was clean, the driver was professional and courteous, and it was an overall excellent experience. I'm using them again to go to the airport this week.

By all means .... hire this company if getting actually getting a ride isn't important to you. But you will certainly be taken for one! LaSalle blew it in a big way they they failed to show for a pick up this past Saturday, didn't call, and when contacted said another car was coming .... which never did. Called again, concocted lame excuses and blew an incredibly important night for my nephew. Inexcusable, unprofessional and not to be trusted.

Had to wow my folks.. just had 2 hours to plan and book a limo.. Called multiple Limo services just to be told I need to give them at least 24 hours notice..
Dialed Lasalle Limo at 6:00 PM and Viola! I had a Limo pull up exactly at 8:00 PM as I was promised. The driver with long hair (forget his name now) was courteous and made us feel comfortable throughout the ride. Adjusted the air conditioning as couple of times on request. He even gladly offered to take our pictures at a particular stop. We changed our route a couple of times and he was friendly enough to accommodate all our requests.

LaSalle Limo is clean, comfortable, safe and reliable. I am usually exhausted when I arrive home after a work trip and I find their drivers to be the best.
They always help me with my bags, keep the temperature moderated to ensure my comfort, and the best part is that the cars don't smell like those terrible air fresheners you find in cabs. I really love using their service and recommend them for business travelers across the city for their quality.

I've searched for a car service company to create a corporate account with for many month and have locked in on LaSalle.
They have the best rates I've found in the city and their service is top notch.
I always get fast responses via email or phone.
I've called them for airport pickups with a couple hours notice and have been able to fulfill the request.
Very satisfied with LaSalle.

TERRIBLE. We booked a limo bus for our wedding to drive the entire wedding party downtown for pictures, and it NEVER SHOWED UP. Not only did they NOT show up, but they didn't even call. We finally got a hold of someone at the company and OVER AN HOUR later, they sent us two small limos (totally NOT what we ordered, we did not want to split up the wedding party) and still expected us to pay full price for the limo bus we had originally booked. By the time they showed up, we only had an hour for pictures and thus only made it to one of the planned locations downtown for our wedding pictures

I booked Lasalle Limousine to take my bridesmaids and I to my wedding ceremony. The driver arrived on time and overall, had a friendly demeanor.
As we were getting in the limo, the driver told me that he did not know how to get to the church. This was very irritating to me, considering his profession. Why do limo companies ask for the start and end destination addresses if they don't even bother looking up directions?
After about 15 seconds in the limo, we realized that the AC was broken. Our drive took about 50 minutes and it was about 94 degrees outside that day in August. Did I mention

Used them for a business trip. They were absolutely perfect. They:
- gave me clear guidance on how ot meet the driver (Suggested meeting at the Hilton to avoid confusion).
- Did a wonderfully efficent booking for the trip to and from Southeast Chicago (hell and gone)
- Emailed me confirmations including phone numbers.
- Were prompt, polite and on time.
All you'd want in a car service.

Thanks Yelpers - i booked a car based on reviews here and was very happy I did. In fact I booked a sedan and a shiny limo arrived to take me from my gold coast hotel out to Oak Brook. The driver was very nice and I arrived on time and in grand style! The price was only about $5 (+tip) over what a shuttle van with extra stops would have been. Big thanks to Nigel for being a great driver!

Sad that I've not reviewed these guys yet. My experience with LaSalle Limo service is limited to only the two following types of vehicles: Sedan and the shortest of the Limo's. I've yet to had a negative experience with them:
Punctuality: 10 of out 5. They've never been late. Ever. Not when I was an undergrad at NU, not when I lived in Streeterville, not when I lived in Bridgeport, not when my parents needed them, and get this, not even when I lived as an "urban pioneer" on the west side. If anything, I've peeked out my window 10 minutes before ride time

I used LaSalle Limo for my mother and her best friend's 60th birthday celebration and they were the best!!
Our driver was friendly and personable, he arrived on time, the car was clean and comfortable, and planning the event was easy to do with clear confirmation, fair prices and no last minute wierd charges.
Brilliant, straight-forward service.
I would use this company again without hesitation!

I just used them for both a drop off and a pick up at O'Hare for business. They arrived right on time. I had ordered a sedan, and they did not have one available. So what did they send.... a stretch... same price... pretty sweet!
The drivers were courteous, the cars were clean although not brand new. I will definetely be using them again and again!

I recently moved up to Lincoln Square and was concerned about trying to find a cab to take me to Midway at 5:00 in the morning. A co-worker recommended Lasalle Limo and at first I balked at the idea of hiring a car as it seemed pretty pretentious. But my fear of being late to the airport won out and I gave them a call.
The driver showed up 5 minutes early, the car was immaculately clean, and the driver was very friendly. The price was comparable to a cab ride as well. I would definitely use them again for my next early morning trip to the airport.

I usually cab to the airport or take the el during high traffic times, but my fiance and I decided we needed another plan when flying out on Thanksgiving morning. There's nothing quite like stressing over finding a cab at 5 am on Thanksgiving morning- no thank you.
So our plan was LaSalle Limousine (thanks to Ang & Misse's wonderful reviews). They usually charge $49 for a ride to o'hare, but due to the holiday it was $59. More expensive than a cab & much more expensive than the el...but worth it in my opinion.
