In the comfort of your home, or from wherever you are, the same results as in-person Reiki can be experienced remotely. Typical results can include deep relaxation, freedom from stress and anxiety, physical pain relief, a feeling of lightness, mental clarity or grounding, peacefulness, greater love and hopefulness.
Reiki is an effective way to reduce stress and stress-related symptoms. Overactive mind, chronic pain, anxiety, poor sleep and migraines are some common stress effects for employees which can be addressed with Reiki. Reiki is a way for employees to receive wellness support in the comfort and safety of their home or wherever they are located globally.
Do you have a long term or chronic condition you'd like Reiki to support your healing for? Reiki once or twice a month is helpful especially if you are exposed to prolonged periods of stressful conditions, and chronic or deep-rooted conditions. It can effectively work with an existing wellness program or protocol, whatever your goals may be.
Moving from one level to the next takes time and should not be rushed. Building your experience with Reiki occurs when you practice Reiki regularly with yourself, and others if desired. All Levels include attunement, hands on practice, reference materials and a certificate of completion.
All classes are provided individually, enabling each class to be focused for the student/practitioner. Additionally, upon request, a small group class for four students is available if you have four family or friends interested in scheduling the same day.If you have received Reiki training from another Master/Teacher, you are welcome to continue your training with me.

Remote Reiki sessions are available on a volunteer basis from Level Two Reiki practitioners who are gaining practice experience and building their session hours. These practitioners have completed Reiki training through Peace Bridge Reiki with Michel. There is no charge for this service, however if you feel called to gift the practitioner in some way, this is welcomed.

Michel brings so much to the table. I initially met Michel over 2 years ago. And due to the way Reiki positively affected my life, we have remained close through Reiki Sessions, Reiki Shares, and also have even been a student underneath Michel - learning Reiki I & II. If you are new to Reiki, Michel is the perfect Practitioner for you. If you are wanting more complex Reiki, Michel is the perfect practitioner for you. 10/10 for cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality.

After my Reiki session with Michel, I was knocked out by 9pm and slept until 6am, having all sorts of interesting dreams along the way. Now, I feel more optimistic and see that light is already shining on possibilities for the future. Perspective is everything and I feel like Reiki helps re-center my perspective and bring positive thoughts and energy to my life. I definitely recommend.

Michel is a wonderful, insightful and healing soul. I immediately felt comfortable in her presence as she shared reiki with me and then guided me through my first reiki attunement (so far). She is an extremely supportive and caring mentor who’s passion for reiki exudes through her practice, her teaching, and simply how she shows up in the world! I’ve been seeing Michele for the past five months as part of my six month membership; I’m grateful that I did. Michele has a very caring personality and makes you feel right at home. Before the Reiki session, she will invite you to sit and talk about any intentions you might have for the session and to see how you are feeling overall. The space is calming, especially with the aromatherapy, music and crystals (you can also bring your own crystals which I have in some sessions.). I had decided to go for my Reiki certification and had been calling different practitioners in the area to determine where I wanted to pursue it. I immediately felt a connection with Michel. Honestly where to begin! Michel has made a huge impact in my life! She is the light in a dark world and shows that every time we speak or interact. Very easy to talk to, very kind and considerate. Michel is the most caring and loving person I’ve met in a long time. The calm energy and professionalism she brings to her reiki sessions is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced.
