When Helen first started leading cacao ceremonies in 2016, very few people had heard of them. I have been working with Helen doing remote Reiki sessions for a year. I didn't know anything about Reiki when I started working with her and really wanted to learn more about it. From the very first session, it was truly life changing. I learned so much about how my emotions are tied to my physical symptoms. I have gone to doctors for many years trying to heal my body and nothing worked until I did reiki. Helen has helped me "awaken", heal my trauma and physical pain. I took Helen's "Become a Cacao Priestess" Class and it has given me the confidence and knowledge to deliver a beautiful and healing ceremony. I attended one of Helen’s magical ceremonies at the end of December and am so happy I did! Helen is amazing! Her healing energy is intense and powerful. When you meet her for the first time you will pick up on this...she exudes a feeling of zen and calmness...and you can't help but let it rub off on you! I went to her feeling fearful, negative and broken. When I left my first session with her I felt so much lighter, calmer, and more positive.

Helen is a natural channel. She has no spiritual ego, so the energy that comes through her is quite pure and unobstructed. This is a rare, rare thing, especially in a market as saturated as Boulder. She is always deepening and developing her gifts to encompass more compassion, light, energy and source love. I recommend her highly!
