The Knowing Path, is illuminated by each individual being, and their spirit guides. I am able to follow this path and with my divine guides, I can follow the innate wisdom that the body offers for your individual healing. I am able to see each client as a light being. Often I am aided by animal guides that are shown to me to help you on your journey and sometimes the body shows me images to help with the healing process.

I work with people from Northern Colorado including: Loveland, Firestone, Frederick, and Niwot. I am able to hold a sacred space for you to express whatever feelings come up and to help you access those feelings in a body language, where we can actually move through the emotions and body-sensations into health.

Jen has a special gift that I'm so glad she is sharing with the world. I am an empath so this challenging time in our world right now, has rattled me and I was feeling like a rag doll being pulled in all directions and a bit out of control of myself. Upon arriving, I was upset with myself for being late to the appointment and she held her calm energy and helped me to let go and enjoy the experience. Jennifer is an amazing and caring practitioner. I dont understand what she does and I dont care! Every time I leave her office I feel more like myself and at peace. I suffer with anxiety, depression, and PTSD and she is skilled at helping me with them. I love her energy and her office is so calming!

Being an empath, I really get overwhelmed with other peoples emotions. Seeing Jennifer really helps to rebalance and she takes all that dark negativity & saddens I take on and gets rid of it. I always feel light and renewed-after a session. ❤️ Plus my Dad passed 21 years ago and he is always there to talk to when Im there. ❤️ She also sees my spirit animal which means a lot to me. They can tell me things like listen to my gut instincts or to soar high and watch my surroundings. ❤️ I recommend Jennifer for renewal and balance. Upon my first visit seeing Jennifer, I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic. I thought maybe she would do her thing and I would fall asleep. I went to her for Reiki. I felt so comfortable upon entering her sacred space and communicating with her-I felt almost as if I had know her my whole life.
I was open to anything at this point and went to her seeking maybe some healing for my severe chronic neck/back pain I had been experiencing along with spasms FOR OVER A YEAR. I am very picky about my messages. I am not able to afford to get a message often, so when I am able to, it has to count and make a difference. I will be making weekly visits after a relaxing yet productive message. I'm not sure if I will need to go weekly, as I feel great! Comfortable environment and a great price with the best message therapist! Definitely 5 stars!
