OB Coin Laundry

I've seen people who work here twice. The first time I got kicked out before entering while I was getting my laundry from my backpack.
Today the employee was involved in a conversation with two friends. I made change right next to him, got my soap, then started a wash. I came back to where I was sitting and plugged my phone in.
The employee walks over and says, "you don't have any laundry here, right? You can't be wasting our charge!"
More stupidity from the employee followed. I'm now writing this and waiting for my wash so I can bring it across the street to dry it.

OB laundry has the best wash and fold service. Every single person that works their are incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. Our clothing comes back clean, fresh and folded perfectly.

Big improvement from the last time I was there! Apparently the new owners are doing a great job in keeping the place clean and organized.

Nice and clean. New machines. I only wish that they had rest rooms and some type of bicycle rack so I can park my bike and lock it out of the way.

I honestly have never been treated so rudely as a trans woman. This guy with long hair and have lover is a short Hispanic channel 9 we're very cold very condescending when I asked them three questions and the guy said I've asked a lot of questions I simply just moved here and him to do some laundry on the sunny day I don't deserve. By any means

I accidentally left my down comforter in one of the dryers overnight, I sent a text and promptly received an email back from Annmarie. She gave me all of the information I needed to get my blankie back (fresh and fluffy!!).
I live in Chula Vista and I drive in to OB because I know their facilities are clean and taken care of.

The one star is for Matt; this laundromat is pretty clean. Also because he seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic when I told him that this was the WORST laundromat I've ever used. The washers are ridiculously overpriced; ( I know it's a beach town, but come on...) and the dryers do not dry. I spent 3+ hours and $30 and left with all my laundry still damp! Absolutely NOT ONE THING was dry. The older, smaller dryers seem to be marginally better than the new, big ones, but by the time I found out, I was out of time, money and patience. You get only 5 mins. for .25; that's a bit pricey even for

Plenty of coin op machines. $2.75 for a regular washing machine and standard 25c for dryer time. Snack machine $1 was also nice.

The laundry mat is somewhat updated. The cheapest front load machine is $3. Different size washers and dryers but rather pricey.
