James did a great job on our home inspection! He was courteous, super responsive to all of our questions, and gave us great feedback on our future home. It definitely gave us peace of mind in proceeding with the purchase. He provided a detailed report with photos and details in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection needs in the area. While based out of Bloomington, he completed a home inspection in Bedford for us.

I just had my home inspection and could not be more pleased. I worked with James Teague, and he was nothing but professional, kind, and informative every step of the way. From the beginning, he walked me through his process when I scheduled the inspection. He gave me updates when he was on his way so I could meet him at the property, then told me when he would be done to meet him again at the end so he could show me what he found. The inspection report is clear, informative, thorough, and incredibly easy to follow. He even included items that weren't a part of his contract, just so I'd be sure

James was very thorough and kept me informed throughout the inspection of his thoughts and concerns. He has some really cool tools like a crawl bot and a drone he uses to get into those tight spaces you cant usually get into. I really appreciated his punctuality, his quick response time, and communication availability. I would recommend him to any future home buyer.
