Services
Septic systems are common in county homes and a few city homes to handle waste water and sewage. Septic systems need cared for and will need to be replaced from time to time. Replacing a septic system is very expensive, but if properly maintained, sized, and installed, septic systems can last decades.
There is a common misconception that new construction homes do not need to be inspected, since the municipal code inspector just inspected it and the house comes with a one year warranty. Yes these inspectors do a very good job of finding problems, but they miss or overlook problems all of the time.
Log homes are beautiful structures that are significantly different than a normal stick built home with siding. For starters the logs are structural, which can be very expensive to repair. Therefore, maintenance on a log home is critically important. In fact, there is a line of products designed specifically for maintaining log homes.

Chris did a great job with our inspection, months later it seems like he didn’t miss anything as we’ve had no problem with our house. He gave us plenty of extra detail during the inspection which was especially nice as a first time homeowner. His report was thorough and he knows his stuff. I must say it was an excellent home inspection.

Chris did a great job with the inspection of our new home. He was very responsive and punctal. My new house is located north of Indy and Chris drove all the way on a labor day holiday. Chris was able to accommodate me on a short notice. Chris' vast experience shows in the observations that he was able to make even in a newly built house. I appreciate his help.
