We know you dread copying and pasting all those items to create your repair addendum. It's a mess. Now with our Create Request List (CRL) feature, you can create a list easily and attach it to your regular repair addendum form right from your inspection report. You and your buyer, seller, or agent can both work on the same list and see who requested what!

We were extremely pleased with the inspection that was provided. We are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were looking at. Semper Fi inspections walked us through the entire house, answered any questions we had explained to us what he was doing throughout it all. He was able to show us hidden issues we weren't aware of, ultimately saving us a ton of money. I would absolutely recommend using semper fi and will definitely use in the future.

It was easy to schedule with Jason for our pre-drywall inspection. He informed us of his arrival time. He was responsive to our questions concerning our home, and informed us of what he was finding as he was completing his inspection. We received his inspection report the very next morning. His report gave us the confidence that another set of eyes were on our house as it is being built. We look forward to our pre-closing inspection with Jason and Semper Fi Home Inspections

Jason was incredibly thorough with our home inspection. I appreciated he took the time to explain elements of the inspection and call out items I should be aware of once living in the home. He is very knowledgable of electric and plumbing, and is up to date on current safety codes for each of these. I feel at-ease moving into a home Jason has inspected and am very happy with the service and professionalism he provided!

Jason did an excellent job! He is very professional and very thorough. He took time to explain everything in detail. He showed up early to the appointment and did a great job. I received the reports quickly and they are very professionally done. He is also very knowledgeable and took the time to share ideas and tips on how to fix issues that were found.
