We have many friends who use this place for all of their tech repair. We highly recommend them. We had an emergency phone situation, and Mike fixed the phone on the spot at no charge. Many other shops would have charged us for this service. So they are not only excellent at what they do, they are also honest. Great place!!

I was recommended this place after my phone screen shattered over the weekend and I needed it fixed. I was pleased with how quickly they were able to replace it, but that's it. Please be advised that if you're replacing an iPhone screen you can go to a Best Buy or Apple store and get the screen replaced with a genuine Apple screen for only $20 more. I wish I knew this. The display/coloring/picture and touch response on my phone is now messed up because the new screen they used on my phone is NOT a genuine Apple screen.

We have used them in the past for a few screen replacements on ipads and iphones. Reasonably priced and always great and speedy service. However we had an experience yesterday we felt needed to be recognized. Our daughters charging port on her ipad would no longer allow a charging cord to be inserted. After trying a toothpick and compressed air… with no luck we took it to be serviced. Michael quickly identified there was a small part of a charger stuck in the port that had broken off. After a few minutes it was fixed. And we were charged absolutely nothing. May seem relatively small but

Really good merchant. I don't mind driving 12 miles to bring my phone to this place. I know it will get fixed right the first time, the pricing will be fair, and they will be courteous. Actually one of the best small businesses I've been to in my life. Pretty fast service, too. If you're not going there to get your phone fixed now that you know about it, you're beyond redemption. After you go there, you will despise going in to the Verizon stores. Tell them Jake sent you.

Went in to see if they could fix the charging port on my old iPhone so I could give it to my daughter.They were able to fix that and I got a screen protector for it all for $16. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a repair of any electronics they need fixed.

This is not the first time I have used we fix phones and it won't be the last. I dropped off my phone for repair and got a text 15 minutes later that it was finished. One young man helped me when I dropped it off and a different young man was there when I picked it up tonight. Both were friendly, polite and helpful. I highly recommend we fix phones N more. They are knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced.

Their prices are competitive and are about half of what the Apple store wants.
The first time I came here was for display they very quickly replaced the display I was responsible for breaking.
The second time I was here the display that I bought from them wasn't working right and they replaced it under warranty with no problem. They handled it quickly and at no charge to me.
While I was there the second time I also got a battery which is still doing fine more than a year later, and

I needed to get my s10+ charging port repaired. after calling around town, Mike and team were the only business that could get the part next day and fix the phone in under two hours. They were very knowledgeable , provided very friendly service, fair pricing, and an overall great experience. Would highly recommend this place.

I went in with what I assumed was a cracked iPhone screen and Mike was honest enough to tell me it was only the case I had put on it (but had forgotten about). He very easily could have replaced the entire screen and charged me far beyond the $10 for the new screen protector. I would highly recommend Mike's service. Exceptional business - well done Mike!

Visited for the first time on 5/04/2020 for an iPhone 8 Plus battery replacement. It was completed while I waited (outside due to COVID precautions), and took about 15 minutes. Works perfectly, and the cost was the lowest I've seen. This shop earned a spot in my contact list, and I can highly recommend them based on my experience.

Recently stopped in to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed. This place is near my office so I went during lunch. The man working (I forget his name) asked what I needed, looked at my phone, and gave me an estimate of 15 minutes. They offer complimentary coffee, water, and iced tea which is awesome. In less than 15 minutes my phone was fixed and he put on a screen protector, which I obviously need. Such an easy transaction and my phone screen looks great. I will definitely be back if I need to, though I hope I won't.
