Took my kiddos here to have their eyes checked and new glasses. The doctor gave me thorough assessment and reassured my concerns.
The turn around time is ridiculously fast for glasses. And they were super accommodating. One kiddo wants new frames and the other wanted to keep her current frames.
Even the hubs had new lenses made for a really old pair (dare I say vintage) of frames. And they were able to do that.
The variety of frames they have here is vast. There is something for everyone.

I go here every year to get new glasses and I've never struggled to find a pair I love. The staff is nice and they always have a wide variety of frames and colors. The staff is sweet and helpful, especially with picking out frames when you're stuck with a decision. It does get pretty expensive not only depending on the brand, it's hard to find a pair under about $150. Still the best eyeglass place I've been to in the entire area

A very competitive business, very money hungry. Bottom line, if you have to get your eye exam here, fine. BUT PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE your contacts here--they charge double the amount for the SAME contacts at Costco, and still more than my previous providers.

I brought my 3 year old daughter who has Mosaic Down syndrome here to get her first pair of glasses. They had a great selection. The staff was so friendly and kind. Emailed on Monday to set up an eye appointment and never received a response. Went to the location today at 8:00 am where it says "Walk-In's Welcome" on the door, and they told me it would be weeks before they could see me.
This place must be doing gangbusters business, because they are ignoring new business. They're literally turning people away at the door.
Perhaps you'd be better off looking for an optometrist that actually wants to see patients.

I don't write reviews, but I took my wife there to get new glasses. Service was slow. The employee assisting us, barely spent any time with us to make a decision. Seemed rushed to get us out. Came back because lenses were loose in the frame and was promptly told there was nothing to do. Paid a lot of money and got the best lenses they offered - very disappointed with our service and product. Going to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Won't be going back.

I've used Modern Family for two years and will not be going back.
Nobody I have interacted with seems to enjoy their job, very low energy and uninspiring. I get eyes aren't exciting, but I do like dealing with people who at least act like they want to be there.
This is supported by the fact I paid for my lens in November, and had to call in January to find out what the deal was. The lady who answered the phone pointed out there is a note saying I was called on December 9, and they left a message.
I checked my phone, they did call on December 9 at 11:40 but did not leave a message

We only filled our eye glass script here but the staff was very friendly and helpful with my 5 year old. He has really bad vision and they were great with him. We have used them 3 times. This last time, his prescription had changed so drastically that the ordered lenses needed some outside lab adjustments so they allowed us to keep using the new temp lenses until the newly adjusted bifocal lens came back from the lab. This was extremely helpful as he really needed to keep on something more current , script wise, temporarily while we waited for actual lenses to come back.

I found this place on my health insurance website. Everyone there was super helpful and nice, the person who started the exam, the front desk folks, the doctor, and especially the gal who helped me choose my glasses. I got 2nd and 3rd opinions from other people in the office so that I could choose just the right pair.
I highly recommend these guys.. it was my first time there and it felt like I had been going there for years. They have a great selection of reasonably priced fashion frames as well.

I have bought two pairs of glasses here and both times the employees were super helpful and attentive. They have a great collection of all types of glasses and sunglasses, with name brands (if that is your thing). They always help me choose the perfect glasses, that I love. The first pair I had for over two years and wanted an update. I went back in a few weeks ago, picked out the frames I loved, and they were ordered and on my face in 7 days!

Our family has been going to Dr. Castro for years. She is wonderful. We love the whole team. Awesome place. We have never had a problem. If we have any concerns they take care of them right away. We would not go any place else. They constantly receive beautiful new eye glass frames as well. They have all price ranges available from budget to designer frames. They might cost a bit more than a Wal-Mart type place, but the quality and service are worth it.

Went there a couple of weeks ago, and the service was good. People were very friendly, but the doctor that I saw was not very good at all. I went in to get a pair of glasses and a prescription for contacts. The glasses are great, the doc sent me home with a pair of trial contacts. I could not see well in the contacts and had to wear the glasses the entire week. On my return visit I wore my glasses and the doc looked at me like I was crazy when I told him the trouble I was having with my contacts. If you are actually foolish enough to go to this place, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. I haven't been to them in more than 2 years & I am STILL GETTING EMAILS FROM THEM. I click "unsubscribe" every time & have even replied to the emails with sharply worded "REMOVE ME FROM THIS LIST" requests & still they keep coming. So, not only will you be subjected to high-pressure upsale tactics, but they will also SPAM you for the rest of your life. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
