I wasn't expecting to buy a pair of glasses on this day and was planning on getting an appointment. I walked in without an appointment and was accommodated without any hesitant. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and professional. The staff understood exactly what I was looking for and the first pair of glasses was spot on. The staff was amazing!!! They addressed all my concerns and questions, patiently. I felt safe from the moment I walked in, till the minute I left. Took my temperature, offered me hand sanitizer, and followed Social distancing. Appreciated it, especially as I was putting off getting all my Annual check ups.

I began using V EYE P in 2018 after several years with 3 previous optometrists. Each time I had my new prescription completed in the years prior to 2018, the new glasses never seemed to provide any additional improvement over my previous glasses. I was beginning to think it was just me until my first visit with Dr. Bhana. She and her staff were far more thorough and professional than any of the 3 previous optometrists. Amazing office doctor and staff. The doctor answered all of my questions and actually prescribed the correct strength for my glasses (last provider never prescribed my astigmatism in my old lens) I will not change optometrist because dr.bhana took great care of me, I highly recommend you to try this office because they are great. Everyone there was great. Did not feel rushed and they explained everything well! The young woman who assisted me picking out frames was awesome and very detailed in explaining options and features. Many places I had gone to prior had a “drive thru vibe”. Definitely didn’t experience that here... felt like I was treated very well... not like a number. Will be a repeat customer!!!

I was never pressured to buying or upgrading to any of their services, it was the opposite Dr. Bhana recommended I try contacts before I invest in them!! Wow!!! I've been coming here for about 3 years now and I just LOVE Dr. Bhana. She and her team are simply just amazing I know each and every single time I go there I'm going to have a good time talking with the staff and laughing with them as well as Dr. Bhana and it's always super quick when you go. Price suddenly went up when I went to pay....they quoted a hundred dollars less when I got there. Price was ridiculous and they made an excuse about special contacts.....the doctor performed the SAME exam she performed last year. It made no sense. I won't be back so they can enjoy the extra hundred dollars and lose my business.

My insurance should have paid for 100% of this but I ended up paying about $800 with all the options (anti glare, anti scratch, etc). I'll assume that was my fault. They had a couple of frames that my insurance would have paid for but I didn't like them so I paid extra for their other frames.
The problem is, I cannot see out of the glasses they sold me though...still blurred..especially out of my right eye. I wore my glasses for a couple of days to see if my eyes just need to adjust but still not in focus. That was about 8 months ago.

I have to say I almost didn't make an appointment here due to some of these reviews but I'm glad I did! Brought my daughter in for her exam and a new pair of glasses. I called on a Saturday morning to see if they had availability and they made arrangements to get us in at 11:30, we arrived, staff was friendly, no one rushed any part of the exams and they answered all my questions in a friendly & professional manner. Dr rushed me through the eye test. I asked her to wait a sec or go back & she ignored me. The prescription she gave me made it more difficult for me to see long distance. Now I can't see people's faces at a distance. I'd never had that problem before. I called & the Dr told me to give it a some time. I called back again & she said it had been too long, so I'd need to pay again for a 2nd exam. Terrible dr, terrible customer service. I won't go back.

Great experience at V Eye P! I went on a Saturday, so the appointment took a little longer than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and very clean.
I typically don't purchase eyeglasses from locations like this due to the pricing, but they had lots of very reasonable priced frames. Both my husband and I ended up purchasing glasses! If my insurance continues to cover this location, I will most definitely go back!

Convenient hours and quick service with the Dr. Bhana. Elizabeth was wonderful in helping us decide on which frames/lenses worked best for my husband and I and she was very knowledgeable about our insurance benefits. Used a Groupon for this place and they treated my husband and me very well. We were able to get contacts and glasses exams for an exceptionally reasonable price.
I was unable to use the $100 credit for a pair of glasses. Their price for glasses is pretty ridiculous since I (with a very basic prescription) would have had to pay an extra $100 to get their cheapest, ugliest pair. I went to zennioptical.com instead, and my prescription is perfect. As for the contacts, the issue I had was solved with a brand that works better with my dry eyes, and the doctor was very nice and accommodating.

I found this eye doctor through a groupon. They have state of the art equipment which is nice. Dr. Bhana makes you feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgable doctor. They are very friendly and helpful. The office is very quiet and nicely decorate. The entire facility is clean. They have Saturday appointments until 3:00. Everytime I visit this location there is very little wait time. I was able to change my appointment the same day and get an earlier one. They are very flexible and are willing to help in any way possible. They also except various insurance plans.

I stumbled on this business through Facebook last year. The clever name caught my eye but that's beside the point. They took my vision insurance, were close to home, and at the time they were offering a new client incentive so I decided to give it a try. My teenage daughter was the first to make an appointment .
The office is nice, big, bright, clean, and the staff is friendly. Our appointment was on time and the Dr. explained everything she was doing. The Dr. listened to our questions, concerns, eye history and we weren't rushed.
