This place is a wonderful experience every time I go there. The place is broken down into many and varied booths each run by a different vendor. They feature antiques and hand made offerings, the booths very tastefully decorated by the individual. The decor changes for the seasons and reflects the current holiday. You can spend several hours here if you try to do the whole shop in one trip. A fun, festive time each and every trip. You can't go wrong at Queen of Hearts!!

We USED to love this place but we will not be back! Customer service? Where exactly was that? Also, they sent out notes hoping to get people in during Pandemic but have ZERO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS! Did not wear masks. No hand sanitizer. But customers were wearing masks! Ah, just in case you weren't made aware Queen Anne, there is a Pandemic! YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THIS. Sure hope your store stays open. By the way, the guy who said this was Hobby Lobby Garage Sale...brilliant! But you forgot to say that the prices are jacked up way past retail. Such a shame! Too many great stores in area that are

Located in East Cobb, sitting in an older shopping center alongside a country restaurant, Firehouse subs and a few other spots sits Queen of Hearts. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is expansive, featuring hundreds of booths and thousands of items ranging from artwork to furniture to candles to dinnerware and beyond.
As echoed in multiple other reviews, Queen of Hearts is not a true antique store. The store is a healthy mix of new-handmade items, thrift store type merchandise and retail items. It's certainly hit and miss from booth to booth, as you can go from

This store can be a hit or miss. There are a few booths that have nicer items and are well styled, however most of the booths are filled with poorly painted furniture and yard sale/goodwill items. Also, the prices on furniture can be out right ridiculous (check craigslist to see what I mean). I wish this store had the same quality of consignors as the Queen in Alpharetta.

Store is neat, a little bit of everything. Unfortunately, due to our last experience, I am giving it only 1 star. I was so excited, we had been looking for a few things for our house for a while and finally found something we really liked. Lady cashiering kind of ruined the experience for me. She was being so rude and condescending that I will not be shopping there again. Shame, if it weren't for her I'd be back.

I love to just look around this store- but be aware that it is more of a furniture and homemade good store than a bonafide antique store. There are plenty of cool antiques but the main focus is furniture and housewares. There's lots of interesting people and things to look at if you're in the mood to browse

NOT an antique store! A more appropriate description would be glorified garage sale. The ratio of actual antiques to modern consignment-type items is pretty low. A number of booths look like the dealers just cleaned out the closeout section at Hobby Lobby, then marked the prices way up. Adding insult to injury are the dealers who walk the floor and staff the checkout. Talk about attitude! Ladies, it's time for a reality check - Queen of Hearts is not Neiman Marcus, so loose the tude! I've had much better luck at this chain's other two locations in Alpharetta and Buford. Bottom line

Love, love, love this place! Just anything and everything and even workshops on repairing antiques and other topics.
I've found myself strolling through for a few hours at a time. I've bought many things here and the ladies at the counter have always been pleasant and nice. Free coffee and online newsletters.

I ding a star only cause its painful for me personally to go to thee places... And my family (at all levels loves em). Place is huge! Depending on your shopping partner, expect to spend 1-4 hours in here!
I will say, having been torchered in these establishments my whole life prices were amazing! Usually in these types of places, vendors take great "pride" in their work or collections and price them accordingly! Personally, I was shocked! Dare I say prices were cheap! I'm not usually a buyer, but we did get a few items... Can't say I wanted em, but wife is happy/over
